In recent years, protected cultivation has gradually replaced the traditional agricultural production mode,so that the yield and quality of vegetables have been improved? In this study, through the selection and improvement of nutrient solution, nitrate accumulation in water-cultured Water spinach and small Chinese cabbage was reduced, nitrogen utilization rate was increased, and yield and quality were increased. In order to achieve the ideal growth state of the test material in the experiment,Yamazaki nutrient solution was selected as the basic formula in the experiment of Water spinach.Japanese garden trial formula suitable for pakchoi growth was selected in small Chinese cabbage experiment.Water spinach experiment focused on the study of nitrate and ammonium nitrogen, and the addition of fulvic acid in small Chinese cabbage experiment was discussed. The test results show(1)The use of ammonium nitrogen can effectively reduce nitrate content in Water spinach, but the growth situation is not as good as nitrate nitrogen.Ammonium bicarbonate is better than ammonium carbonate in ammonium nitrogen, and is more suitable for the nutrient solution formulation.(2)There was no significant difference between the ratio of ammonium nitrate 1:1 and the ratio of ammonium nitrate 1:4,and the ratio of ammonium nitrate 2:3 And 3:7 was much lower. It also shows that the higher the proportion of ammonium nitrogen is,the lower the nitrate content is.The ratio of ammonium nitrate to ammonium nitrate was 1:1 in the growth index and growth rate of Tengbo.(3)Adding 800 mg/L fulvic acid during the whole growth period of SmallChinese cabbage could promote its growth and improve its quality. The addition of 1200mg/L fulvic acid resulted in the pHenomenon of "low promotion, high inhibition".
