Study On The Government's Role In The Construction Of Modern Animal Husbandry In Lijin County

In recent years,with the constant change of international economic situation and the new normal of China's economic and social development,new situations and problems have emerged in the development situation and direction of livestock industry in Lijin County.The export of foreign trade is facing new challenges and shocks under the framework of WTO,the effective demand of domestic market is seriously insufficient,the income growth of rural farmers is slow,and the animal husbandry pulls momentum.The development of grass-roots animal husbandry is weak.This also puts forward higher,more and stricter requirements for the development and management of modern animal husbandry in Lijin County.At present,the development of animal husbandry in Lijin County is facing not only new tasks of upgrading,but also new challenges from related industries.Since the reform and opening up,Lijin agriculture has basically reached or approached the well-off level,but it has not yet achieved agricultural modernization.Animal husbandry occupies a large proportion in the agricultural production structure.To realize agricultural modernization,we must have developed animal husbandry as a support and guarantee.Throughout the development situation of developed countries and strong agricultural provinces in China,general animal husbandry is quite developed.The output value of general animal husbandry accounts for more than 50% of the total agricultural output value,reaching 70-80% individually,while that of Lijin County is only about 40%.Therefore,in order to transform large agricultural counties into strong agricultural counties and realize agricultural modernization,we must speed up the development of animal husbandry and enlarge animal husbandry.Be strong.It is pointed out that the main problems of the government's role in the construction of modern animal husbandry in Lijin County lie in the low level of standardization of modern animal husbandry promoted by Lijin County Government,the slow progress of strengthening ecological animal husbandry construction by Lijin County Government,the inadequate ability of Lijin County Government to support and guide scientific feeding,and the weak support of Lijin County Government for science and technology in the development of modern animal husbandry.The main causes of the problems are the absence of macro-control,market supervision,social management and public service for the development of modern animal husbandry.In view of this,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as strengthening the regulation and management of modern animal husbandry,strengthening the supervision of modern animal husbandry market,perfecting the management system related to modern animal husbandry,and improving the quality of public services of modern animal husbandry,to effectively play the role of the government in the construction of modern animal husbandry in Lijin County.
