The Implementation Effect Evaluation Study Of The "Modern Grassland Animal Husbandry Development Project In Southern China" In Jiangxi Province

In recent years,the grassland ecological environment in the northern pastoral areas of China has been deteriorating,and the side effects caused by the use of chemical fertilizers in the southern planting areas have gradually increased.At the same time,the dietary structure of Chinese has changed,the demand for meat consumption has continued to increase.At present,the consumption of pork is too high,which will threaten food security of China.In order to solve these problems,it is necessary to develop grassland animal husbandry and adjust the structure of the meat market from the supply-side.In 2014,the Ministry of Agriculture launched the"Modern Grassland Animal Husbandry Promotion Action in Southern China",Jiangxi Province actively responded to the central policy and immediately released the policy of "Modern Grassland Animal Husbandry Development Project in Southern China".61 enterprises and cooperatives in Jiangxi Province have been helped by the project.The evaluation of the implementation effect of this project from the perspective of enterprises and cooperatives is of great significance for enhancing the value of the project and promoting the development of grassland animal husbandry in Jiangxi Province.Based on the public policy evaluation theory,an evaluation system was established in this thesis.Data was collected through questionnaires,and the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were used to measure the project implementation effect.The result of this evaluation is "good",which means in the second level.Then,the author analyzes the existing problems of the project,and discusses the causes of the problems in combination with the relevant theories.At the end of this thesis,some suggestions were made,which is helpful for enhancing the value of the project.
