Government Regulation Research Of Animal Husbandry Development In Tuquan County Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

On October 18,2017,the Party's "19th National Congress" report for the first time proposed the strategy of rural revitalization.The strategy pointed out that rural revitalization and industrial prosperity are the key points.In my country's rural areas,the biggest shortcomings and the biggest space for industrial revitalization are in animal husbandry.Based on this background,this paper takes Tuquan County,Inner Mongolia as a specific research area,to investigate the current status of animal husbandry development in Tuquan County,the main content of animal husbandry development in the rural revitalization strategic plan,the embodiment of animal husbandry government regulations,and the problems and causes of the implementation of regulations Detailed study.The study believes that the development of animal husbandry in Tuquan County should adhere to the goal orientation of the country's implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the problem-oriented guidance of solving practical problems in the development of animal husbandry to carry out government regulations.It is necessary to improve the content of government regulations,build a market environment with equal consultation,adequate risk prevention and control,and unimpeded rights protection to ensure the healthy development of the livestock industry;it is necessary to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the livestock industry,grasp the laws of the market,focus on key points,formulate long-term development policies,and take the modernization of animal husbandry Theroad of development;focus on environmental protection and animal product quality and safety,clarify the government's responsibility for regulatory subjects,improve the regulatory subject's capabilities,increase regulatory enforcement,and achieve the goals and requirements of quality and green agriculture;Encourage market participants to participate in regulatory activities,unblock channels of participation,establish information disclosure systems,and create a good atmosphere in which government regulation,social group regulation,and industry self-regulation mutually promote the long-term development of animal husbandry.At present,the rural revitalization strategy is being implemented in an orderly manner.As a long-term work guide(2018-2050),the rural revitalization strategy can provide forward-looking guidance for the sustainable and stable development of various industries including animal husbandry in rural pastoral areas.The following is a study on the government regulations for the development of animal husbandry in Tuquan County,which not only fits the current development of animal husbandry in Tuquan County,but also provides a reference for the future development of animal husbandry in Tuquan County.
