Research On The Development Of Modern Animal Husbandry Industry In Deep Poverty Areas

China’s regional and intra-regional economic development is very uneven,the eastern and central and Western economic level is very different,for this reason,2014 central document clearly called for "improve poverty alleviation accuracy",precision poverty alleviation has become the most important strategy for poverty alleviation in the new period.Sichuan,as a large agricultural province in the western region,is a province with more poor people in the western region,among which,as a typical semi-agricultural and semi-pastoral county,Zhaojue County is located in the hinterland area of the great Liangshan,which is a typical deep poor area.Based on the overall development status of modern animal husbandry industry in Zhaojue County,it is found that although the level of economic development is slow,but the natural environment in the county is suitable for the development of animal husbandry industry,while industrial resources are supported by poverty alleviation work has been greatly improved,but there is still a certain gap in brand building,market sales,management of the main body.The emergence of these reasons is mostly attributed to farmers to develop animal husbandry guiding ideology and backward ideas,lack of capital investment,slow breeding process of livestock,industry lack of leading enterprises and other factors.In order to further analyze the factors restricting the industrial development in this area,this study used the research data of modern animal husbandry industry farmers in Zhaojue County,Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture,Sichuan province in 2018,and used the Probit model to carry out a study on the development of modern animal husbandry industry in deep poor counties Zhaojue County,and came up with the following research results: human resources,Material resources,financial resources and market have significantly affected the development of modern animal husbandry industry.That is:(1)compared with farmers who do not have vocational qualifications,farmers with vocational qualifications have a significant positive impact on the development of modern livestock industry at 5% levels;(2)With the continuous improvement of the total value of animal husbandry,feed and other inputs,the two at 1% and 5% levels significantly weakened the development of modern livestock industry;(3)With the increasing proportion of breeding income,the development of modern animal husbandry industry was significantly promoted at 1% level,(4)with the increase of loan line,the development of modern livestock industry was significantly weakened at 5% level;(5)As the scope of sales escalated,it significantly promoted its industrial development at 1% levels;(6)Compared to non-branded farmers,Brand farmers in the 5% level significantly promote the development of the modern livestock industry.In order to improve the development level of modern animal husbandry industry in Zhaojue County,and to provide policy reference for the development of modern animal husbandry industry and poverty alleviation in minority areas,the policy suggestions put forward in this paper are as follows:(1)Strengthening organizational leadership,improving the level of modern animal husbandry transformation and upgrading,and(2)improving the support policy of animal husbandry production,Support the stable development of modern animal husbandry;(3)Carry out scientific and technological innovation and training promotion to support the development of modern animal husbandry science;(4)Increase the support of leading enterprises to promote the large-scale development of animal modern animal husbandry;(5)Promote brand building and guide the healthy and orderly development of modern animal husbandry industry.
