Study On The Problem And Countermeasures Of Animmal Quarantine Team Construction Of Agricultural And Rural Bureau Of S City

With the increasing attention to the safety of animal food,the importance of animal quarantine and supervision has gradually emerged,and animal quarantine is the most solid force in the circulation of animal food.Under the new situation of animal food safety,the work of animal quarantine is becoming more and more specialized and scientific.However,at this stage,many factors are restricting the construction of animal quarantine team,so that the actual situation of its comprehensive quality cannot meet the needs of the new situation,and it is not conducive to improving the effective way of animal quarantine team construction.Focusing on the problems and countermeasures existing in the construction of animal quarantine team of agricultural and rural Bureau of S City as the research background and breakthrough,this paper takes the animal quarantine team of agricultural and rural Bureau of S City(hereinafter referred to as the animal quarantine team of S City)as the focus and object of research,first of all,with the help of literature analysis,this paper analyzes a large number of domestic and foreign research literature and fully combines the actual work of the post to determine,the topic selection direction and research field of this paper.Secondly,on the basis of the basic situation of the animal quarantine personnel in S City,this paper uses the interview method to interview and investigate the construction of the animal quarantine team in S City,and collect the relevant data.Thirdly,combined with the interview results and the actual work of daily quarantine,this paper analyzes the construction of animal quarantine team in S City,finds out the problems in the construction of animal quarantine team in S City,and determines the causes.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the construction of animal quarantine team.This paper is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research background and significance,summarizes and evaluates the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on the construction of animal quarantine team,and introduces the research ideas,main contents and research methods,as well as the innovation of the research.The second part describes the core concepts and basic theoretical basis of animal quarantine team construction,providing theoretical support for the follow-up research work.The third part mainly expounds the current situation of the construction of animal quarantine team in S City.Through interviews,it is found that there are still some problems in the construction of animal quarantine team,such as the lack of daily training,the lack of professional talents,the uneven distribution of personnel and the lack of initiative in work,and analyzes the causes of the problems.The fourth part puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the construction of animal quarantine team.The fifth part is the research conclusion and future prospects.
