Constructing a training mode for creative talented people majoring in veterinary is an inevitable choice of innovating education concept and facing the challenge of the stockbreeding development and knowledge economy, This paper first analyzed the status of veterinary in modern economic society and summarized the western advanced veterinary education as well as our own veterinary education, therefore, it illustrates the importance of constructing such training mode, Meanwhile, by consulting the investigated result of the situation of the graduates in Henan Agricultural University and Henan Scientific and Technical University, The paper points out the deficiencies and causes in such talented people training among universities in china.
