In ancient and modern China and abroad,social development,scientific and technological progress,and national construction are inseparable from talents.Under the background of the new era,the leading livestock enterprises represented by new agricultural development and western animal husbandry have long recognized the importance of talent and technical quality in the future sustainable development of enterprises.For enterprises,professional and technical personnel are one of the key factors supporting the development of enterprises,and the number and level of professional and technical personnel are directly related to the upper limit of enterprise human resources.Training is an important form of human resources development,and the continuous stability and effectiveness of the enterprise training system are of great significance to the development of enterprises and employees.The training of professional and technical personnel exposed in the daily operation practice of Company A cannot meet the needs of enterprise development,so Company A urgently needs to carry out and implement effective training for professional and technical personnel.On the basis of systematically sorting out the theories and literature related to training,the author noticed that the research volume of the optimization of training system of animal husbandry enterprises in domestic literature was small or even absent,so the author has made some innovations in the selection of research subjects.The research subject of this paper chooses A dairy company--A company,and the research object chooses the professional and technical personnel of A company.On the basis of determining the research ideas and methods,defining the concept of professional and technical personnel,clarifying the process of employee training and the content of the training system,the optimization research of the training system of professional and technical personnel of Company A was carried out.This paper mainly summarizes the training status of professional and technical personnel of Company A through data analysis method,uses questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistical tools to provide evidence for the training status,and analyzes the problems existing in the training:blind and arbitrary demand analysis,insufficient system of plan formulation,gaps in training supervision,and formal effect evaluation.After clarifying the optimization design objectives and optimization design principles,the training demand analysis is optimized from the organizational level,task level and employee level,the formulation and implementation of the training plan are optimized based on systematic,comprehensive and effective,and the training effect evaluation is optimized from the aspects of qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation based on the four-level evaluation model.Finally,this paper emphasizes that while optimizing the training system,it is necessary to obtain the attention and support of superiors,establish a full-time training department,improve the training incentive system and improve the training budget management to provide guarantee for the training system and ensure that the training system of professional and technical personnel of Company A can operate well.Based on the existing theoretical and scientific methods,this paper improves the training status of the professional and technical personnel of Company A,making the training needs analysis more targeted,the training plan formulation system comprehensive,the supervision and training results evaluation of the training plan are more efficient,and attempts to build a training system more suitable for the development needs of both Company A and Company A’s professional and technical personnel,promotes the improvement of the comprehensive ability of Company A’s professional and technical personnel,enhances the competitiveness of Company A in the industry,or will provide reference for the optimization of the training system of other livestock enterprises.
