| To study the effects of different doses of micelle traditional Chinese medicine in the diet on reproductive performance,serum biochemical indexes,growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,immune performance and cecum flora of rabbits under normal growth conditions.The research was divided into the following two experiments:Experiment 1: 60 female rabbits)were randomly divided into 4 treatments,with 5 replicates for each treatment and 3 replicates for each treatment.They were fed with a basal diet(control group),a basal diet + 0.1%,0.2% and 0.3% of supramolecular micelle TCM(groups 1,2 and 3),respectively.The prefeeding period was 7 days and the formal period was 35 days.The results showed that: compared with the control group,the growth performance of group 1,2 and 3 had no significant change(P>0.05),but the weight gain of group 2 and 3 increased by 25% and 38.9% respectively(P>0.05).In experiment 1,2,and 3 groups,there were no significant changes in the reproductive performance such as birth weight,litter number and lactation power(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in ALT,TP,ALB,GLOB,UN,TG,TC,VLDL and LDH among the test groups(P>0.05).Experiment 2: On the basis of experiment 1,the effects of different levels of supramolecular micelle on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,immune indexes and intestinal flora of Suckling rabbits were studied.A total of 60 litters of healthy infants with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 treatments,with 5 replicates for each treatment,3 replicates for each litter,and 8 young rabbits in each litter.They were divided into the basal diet group(control group),the basal diet +0.1%,0.2% and 0.3% supramolecular micelle group(groups 1,2 and 3).The results showed that :(1)compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in weight between the experimental group and the control group on the 14 d,21d,and 35d(P>0.05).The addition of 0.1%,0.2%,and 0.3% supramecular micellar herbs increased the weight gain from 14 d to 35 d by 6.16%(P>0.05),7.37%(P<0.05),and 4.96%(P>0.05),respectively.(2)compared with the control group,UN in 0.2% group and 0.3% group decreased by 25.8%(P<0.05)and 17.2%(P < 0.05),respectively.Compared with the control group,TG content in the 0.3% group decreased by 41.6%(P < 0.05),and VLDL content decreased by 42.9%(P< 0.05).There were no significant differences in TCHO,ALT,TP,ALB,GLOB and LDH between the experimental group and the control group.(3)compared with the control group,the addition of 0.2% supramolecular micelle in diet significantly increased the serum levels of immunoglobulin G,immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin M,interleukin-2 and interleukin-8,there was no significant difference between the experimental groups(P>0.05),but all of them were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).(4)compared with the control group,the addition of supramolecular micelle in diet had a significant effect on OUTs,Ace,Chao1 and Shannon of bacteria 16 S rRNA in the cecum contents of meat rabbits(P < 0.05).Micelle Chinese medicine can improve the growth performance and serum biochemical indexes,the immune performance and the cecum flora of suckling rabbits without affecting the growth performance and reproduction performance of female rabbits,among which 0.2% addition is the best. |
