Storage is an important condition to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products and current supply.Through scientific operation and management,artificially creating the best environment for storage can improve agricultural economic benefits and increase farmers' income.The respiration,water evaporation,dormancy period and storage environment of potato during storage all affect the storage quality in varying degrees.Therefore,the distribution of environmental factors in storage room and the content of dry matter in different heaps of potato play an important role in the storage quality of potato.Taking the semi-underground storeroom in Inner Mongolia as the research object,firstly,the dry matter content of potato at different heights,west,middle and east in the side cellar and middle cellar storage room was studied.By using the way of dense distribution of sensors,the environmental factors such as temperature,humidity and CO2 concentration in the storage room were collected,and the coupling relationship and change law of water and heat between the environmental factors in the storage room and the porous medium of potato pile were studied.The computational fluid dynamics software was used to analyze the steady state of two typical storage rooms with different CO2 concentrations in the same storage room.The distribution and influence of temperature,humidity and CO2 concentration in storage room were analyzed.The results show that the side cellar storage room is greatly affected by the external temperature,which leads to the enhancement of the natural convection of the air in the side cellar and the decrease of the thermal insulation performance.On the other hand,the natural convection in the middle cellar is relatively slow,the temperature change is relatively constant,and the thermal insulation performance is good.During the whole storage process,the dry matter content of potatoes in the middle cellar is 425%higher than that in the side cellar;The weather adopted in the numerical simulation is a typical winter climate in the north,according to the measured and simulated values,it is known that the errors of RMSE,MRE,ARE and absolute deviation of environmental factors in the storage room are all within the allowable range of calculation,so the model is correct and effective.The simulation analysis shows that both the side cellar and the middle cellar are in the most suitable storage environment for potatoes,but the RSD in the middle cellar storage room is lower than that in the side cellar storage room,which indicates that the distribution of environmental factors in the middle cellar is better than that in the side cellar.Therefore,the middle cellar storage room is more suitable for potato storage.Comparing the storeroom treated with 0.3%CO2 concentration with the untreated storeroom,we can see that the overall temperature of the treated storeroom and the temperature of the potato pile are 21.2%and 20.5%higher than that of the untreated storeroom.The increase in temperature is mainly due to the increase of CO2 concentration,and carbon dioxide is a greenhouse gas,which can reduce the diffusion of the temperature in the storage room,so the temperature in the storeroom continues to rise.It is not conducive to potato storage,so the storeroom should be ventilated to prevent the CO2 concentration from being too high to achieve the fresh-keeping effect.
