With the prosperous development of the national economy, underground silos in our country gradually rise, its saving energy, saving area, low dissipation, no pollution, and the advantages of long-term storage of food from the overall promotion of the country’s grain storage level. In order to study the underground porous media--- pure fluid between heat and mass transfer phenomena, as the research object, this paper, taking the underground silos grain piles for porous media namely grain piles upper air is pure fluid; To state "Twelfth Five" science and technology project "the underground type energy-saving new grain storage warehouse key technology research and development" as the support; Using FLUENT software for simulating underground silos, and detailed analysis of the porous medium with pure fluid temperature changes over time in a few situations, coming to the conclusion that we need a meaningful research. The research content as follows.1. Under the condition of the steady state, in the same area, at the same time into the storehouse, study different type storehouse in food and air interface temperature changing with the time. We preliminary choose Zhengzhou as a granary study sites, winter warehousing, buried depth, same of cylindrical underground silos, large diameter circular underground silos and simulation analysis, horn underground silos for food and heat and mass transfer of air interface more beneficial type storehouse.2. Also is the steady state condition, the same warehouse, in the same area, the study under different time into the storehouse, food and air interface temperature changing with the time. Warehouse type selection of cylindrical underground warehouse, locations of Zhengzhou, the same buried depth, different time into the storehouse also means that when the temperature of the food itself into the storehouse, simulated based on the analysis of the food and air interface, it is concluded that the region is the suitable time into the storehouse.3. The underground temperate regions, namely transient conditions, the same type storehouse, the same time into the storehouse, the research in different areas underground warehouse internal temperature changes with the time. Storehouse type with small diameter circular underground warehouse as the warehouse type, the same buried depth in Harbin, Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou as a reference site, at the same time into the storehouse, as warehousing in January to choose the most of the time, through various regions granary of temperature change, it is concluded that the internal heat and is suitable for underground silos quality area.4. Underground temperate regions, also in the same warehouse type, in the same area, at the same time into the storehouse, underground silos, different buried depth underground warehouse internal temperature changes with the time. Warehouse type to choose small diameter circular underground warehouse, site of Zhengzhou, selection into the warehouse in January, under the condition of different buried depth granary internal temperature of the year, determine the optimum depth underground silos.In this paper, the underground silos of unified on FLUENT simulation software, the simulation and experimental error control in a suitable range, and compared on the basis of the analysis, to draw conclusions. |
