The potato is a nightshade which is suitable for vegetables and grain,because it's rich in starch,protein,dietary fiber,vitamins and minerals etc.,and makes up for the defects of rice,wheat and other staple food,it becomes the fourth largest grain crops after corn,rice and wheat.Harvested potato is not instantaneous consumption,but it supplies by market demand gradually,due to different requirements,the storage conditions are different,such as the appropriate temperature of cultivating potato is 2?4 ?,industrial processing potato is 3?5?,the use of potato is 0?3?.After the harvest potato is still a living body,and its metabolism continues,so potato storage is a very important part.This experiment selects semi-underground storeroom as the research object which is based on storing potato seeds in agricultural college experimental base in Inner Mongolia Agricultural University of Holihot.The experiment arrange and test by using DWRF-B temperature and humidity sensor of Chengqian technology.and acquire data by Ethernet web version of remote monitoring platform.It calibrate the DWRF-B temperature and humidity sensor of Chengqian technology by the temperature and humidity non dispersive carbon dioxide tester TES-1370 of TES ELECTRICAI ELECTRONIC CORP to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test data.Finally,the CFD numerical simulation is carried out based on the experimental data.The results showed that potato seeds' temperature near the north wall in storeroom was basically stable in spite of severe weather changes outside and the large temperature difference between day and night.In the preliminary stage of storage,the storeroom temperature was higher than the potato seeds,appropriate temperature in it.But the storeroom temperature was lower than the potato seeds,proper temperature in the later stage.And there is a certain distance between the potato and the north wall.Based on fluid mechanics method,Used Fluent software establish the computational fluid dynamics model of storeroom,simulation research obtain that storeroom's energy source from storeroom's ground surface.The temperature of north and top wall is the lowest,two vents on top and north wall are mainly used to ventilate and transfer heat.Compared with the measured value,the correctness of model and the feasibility of simulation method are verified.simulation research temperature and humidity when storeroom vents' size are different,draw a conclusion that storeroom vents' size have an obvious impact on storeroom's temperature and humidity.And changing storeroom vents' size adjust the storeroom's temperature and humidity.
