Refined grain storage can regulate the market demand,in the very period(such as natural disasters,war etc.)also can disaster preparedness,so the state has increased investment in the construction of the refined grain.Refined grain currently adopts low temperature/quasi low temperature warehouse.In order to provide scientific basis for the construction of refined grain and ensure the safety and quality of finished grain in the process of storage,we need to study the grain storage conditions and determine the environmental control strategy of refined grain.In the process of grain storage,we need to synthetically consider the storage environment temperature and humidity and control it in a safe range,in order to ensure safe storage of finished products.At the same time,reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning system in the storage process,to achieve the goal of energy saving and high efficiency.Therefore,this paper simulates the storage environment of finished grain storage and researches its energy saving optmal control strategy,in order to provide theoretical basis for the construction of the refined grain.The main contents ofthis paper are as follows:1.Expand experimental study in a "25m3 modular small grain granary experiment platform",get the finished product grain storage environment data in the experimental conditions and analyze the characteristics of temperature distribution of flow field of refined grain storage environment.2.Establish mathematical model of low temperature/low temperature grain refined quasi internal flow field,then simulate and verify the model.Set boundary conditions based on experimental environment,then build model by using the combined model of standard k turbulence model and fluid solid coupled heat transfer model,obtain temperature and velocity field of refined grain distribution by using Fluent simulation of the Computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software;At the same time,contrast and analyze the model simulation results and experimental results,conduct validation of the model.The results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.So the model can be used in the simulation of storage environment of finished product.3.Put forward three kinds of finished product storage environment control strategy and conduct simulation based on the field mathematical model of low temperature/low temperature quasi refined grain,investigate the energy consumption of grain to achieve safe storage temperature under different air distribution modes and carries on the strategy comparison analysis to obtain the optimal control strategy of energy consumption.This topic defines the refined grain storage environment conditions and provides a theoretical basis for the construction of China’s refined grain through CFD numerical simulation.
