At present,there are some problems in paddy field mixing and stubble pressing grader in China,such as low mechanization,low stubble removal rate,high work intensity of farmers and so on.As a key part of paddy field mixing and stubble leveler,stubble leveler plays an important role in the work of mixing and stubble leveler.In order to improve the performance of stubble leveler and improve the effect and efficiency of mixing and stubble pressing,the stubble leveler of paddy field mixing and stubble leveler is developed.The simulation test is closely connected with the field test,and the stubble leveler is designed and tested.(1)Combined with the actual working conditions of paddy field and agronomy,the parameters such as the diameter,number and rotation radius of stubble pressing elastic teeth,the working distance between stubble pressing elastic teeth and pulping knife,the parameters of flat carriage and preload adjustment device are designed.ANSYS simulation software is used to analyze the stress of the designed stubble elastic teeth,and the kinematics and mechanics of the stubble elastic teeth are analyzed to finally determine the rotation angular velocity range of the stubble elastic teeth.(2)The designed three-dimensional model of stubble elastic teeth is imported into edem simulation software,and the single factor and three factor five level quadratic orthogonal rotation combination tests are carried out to explore the effects of stubble elastic teeth offset angle,elastic teeth arc length radius and elastic teeth arc length on stubble removal rate,flatness and power consumption.The regression equations of stubble removal rate,flatness and power consumption are optimized to obtain the best parameter combination of stubble elastic teeth,with elastic teeth offset angle of 12° The radius of the spring tooth arc length is 90 mm and the spring tooth arc length is 262 mm.(3)The designed stubble pressing spring teeth are installed in the paddy field mixing and stubble pressing grader for field test.Taking the forward speed of machines and tools,stubble pressing depth and spring tooth speed as the test factors and stubble removal rate and flatness as the performance indexes,the single factor and three factor three-level orthogonal test is carried out to determine the influence law and change trend of each influencing factor on the stubble removal performance of mixing and stubble removal,and the range analysis is carried out in SPSS software,The primary and secondary order affecting stubble removal rate and flatness is obtained,and a better parameter combination is obtained.The rotating speed of spring teeth is320 r / min,the forward speed of machines and tools is 4km / h,and the pressing depth of spring teeth is 120 mm.The field validation test was carried out.The results showed that the stubble removal rate was 92.8%,and the flatness was 2.87 cm,which met the operation standard of agricultural machinery. |
