The Central Plains region is one of the four major beef cattle industrial belts in China, and the northern Anhui region is the main production area of ??Central Plains beef cattle. The breeding of capable cows is fundamental to maintaining the sustainable development of the beef cattle industry.Reproductive diseases seriously affect the breeding efficiency of cows, which in turn affects the enthusiasm of breeding cows on farms, which has a negative impact on the development of beef cattle breeding industry. The purpose of this study is to understand the structure of uterine flora in affected cows and healthy cows by investigating some reproductive diseases in some cattle farms in northern Anhui and comparing endometritis, the main disease causing cow infertility. On the incidence of reproductive diseases of cows, put forward targeted countermeasures and provide theoretical support for the prevention and treatment of cow endometritis. The main research work and results are as follows:1.Investigation on breeding diseases and causes of breeding cattle.Random visits, combined with questionnaires, access to cow files, and resident veterinarians were used to investigate the incidence of reproductive diseases in 3088 cows from 22 cow breeding farms in northern Anhui. The results showed that the incidence of cow reproductive diseases in the northern Anhui region was the highest in the placenta(5.99%),followed by endometritis(5.44%),dystocia(3.92%),miscarriage(2.75%),and pyometra(1.45 %),vaginal prolapse(1.33%),ovarian cysts(1.39%),persistent corpus luteum(1.52%);non-standard operation of the assigned staff, unreasonable design of the barn, lack of management experience by the owner, and low feeding level are the causes of cows The main cause of reproductive diseases. In response to these problems, suggestions for improvement for practitioners and industry managers were proposed.2.Study on the difference of uterine flora between cows with endometritis and healthy cows.Three healthy cows and five endometritis cows without drug treatment from20 to 40 days postpartum were selected.High-throughput sequencing of 16 S r RNA genes of uterine mucus samples was performed on the Illumina Hi Seq platform through bioinformatics. To analyze the difference between healthy and clinical endometritis and bovine uterine flora. The results showed that there were significant differences in the species richness of the uterine flora of healthy cattle and endometritis. The relatively high abundance of cow uterine flora in the healthy group is Firmicutes,Tenericutes,Bacteroidetes, and Proteobacteria, accounting for 55.58% and 15.44%,respectively.%,12.57% and 10.45%;the relatively high abundance of cow uterus flora in the endometritis group is Firmicutes,Bacteroidetes,Verrucomicrobia,Proteus Proteobacteria accounted for47.88%,40.92%,3.05% and 2.01% respectively. At the genus level, the relatively high abundance of cow uterus flora in the endometritis group is 5-7N15,CF231,Clostridium,and Prevotella, accounting for 4.27%,4.12%,1.67%,1.57%.The abundance of Akkermansia,Paludibacter,CF231,Oscillospira in the diseased group was significantly higher than that in the healthy group;Ureaplasma,Ureaplasma, butyrivibrio),Dorea,Sphingomonas,Roseburia,Streptococcus abundance was significantly reduced compared to the healthy group.
