| Recent years,with the wide application of molecular biology in the classical swine fever virus(CSFV),porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV),porcine circovirus type 2(PCV-2),porcine parvovirus(PPV),porcine pseudorabies virus(PRV),domestic and foreign scholars mainly focused on the relationship between genome,gene structure and function,the development of rapid detection,molecular immune mechanisms and new vaccines for five viruses.We used veterinary clinical pathology,PCR technology,serological method to monitor PRRSV,PCV-2,CSFV,PRV,PPV five reproductive related viruses and their immunization in a pig farm in the Shihezi area,Xinjiang,China.The purpose was to understand related pathogen,epidemic features,and immunity situation in the pig farm and provide the basis data for effective prevention and control measures.1.Investigation of viral reproductive disorders of ELISA Antibody Level in a pig farm in Shihezi area.In this study,the elimination rate mortality rate and the basic situation of a large-scale pig farm in Xinjiang Shihezi area in 2015 were investigated.The pig’s living environment was observed and the pig records were examined in detail.The immunization of the five viral reproduction disorder disease of the pig farm was evaluated by ELISA.The results showed that the pig farm was in place,sanitation,epidemic prevention,disinfection and harmless treatment system implemented in place,which led to the incidence of pig disease and death.The highest mortality rate was 0.76% in autumn and 6.35% in spring.The rate of sow elimination and mortality was 1.89% and 0.34% higher than that of boars.The mortality rates of piglets and nursery pigs were 15.53% and 7.92%.The qualified rate of PRRS antibody was75.60%,the qualified rate of PCV antibody was 90.15%,the qualified rate of CSF antibody was 85.45% and the qualified rate of PR antibody reached 80.53%.The field investigation and data analysis showed that the factors affecting pig mortality included the environment and management of pig farm,and the infection situation was different in different seasons,ages and sex.2.The clinical pathology observation of the viral reproductive failure diseases in the pig farmBased on the epidemiological investigation of the disease condition in the pig farm,the clinical manifestation of swine viral reproductive disorder disease was observed and the pathological changes were observed and recorded.There was not large-scale death in the pig farm.In the cold season the spring,piglets,nursery pigs and sows died mostly.Through the observation of clinical symptoms and pathologic observation,the characteristics of swine viral reproduction disorder was found.Combined with clinical history,it hinted that the reproductive disorder happened in the pig farm was related to the viral reproduction disorder diseases.to the study provided reference data for pathological diagnosis of these diseases.3.PCR / RT-PCR Detection the viral reproduction disorder diseases in the pig farm in Shihezi area.In order to understand the infection status of the viral reproduction disorder diseases in the pig farm,the experiment aimed at swine fever,porcine pseudorabies,porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,Porcine circovirus disease and porcine parvovirus disease.The molecular epidemiological investigation and analysis were conducted in 2015.The blood and visceral organs of sick pigs were collected and DNA and RNA were extracted.Based on the conserved gene sequences of PRRSV,PCV2,CSFV,PRV and PPV published in Gen Bank,5 pairs of specific primers were designed according to the relevant literature.18 samples were collected for PCR,RT-PCR amplification detection,the prevalence of PRRSV was 11.11%,the prevalence rate of PCT was 77.78%,the prevalence of CSF was 5.56%,the prevalence of PR was 22.22% and the prevalence of PPV was 27.78%.PCV infection was the most serious.CSF infection was less The mixed infection in the sample was common.The experiment further understood the occurrence of porcine viral reproductive disorders from the molecular level,and provided theoretical basis for the prevention of these diseases. |
