| The rice straw resources in China have a large output and wide application prospect.However,due to the limited treatment conditions and the lack of efficient treatment equipment,this kind of resources are burned or abandoned to rot,which wastes resources and pollutes the environment.Microbial fermentation feed technology provides an opportunity for efficient utilization of straw resources.However,the existing fermentation feed processing equipment has some problems,such as inefficient processing,poor human-computer experience and low appearance quality,which can not meet the needs of straw resource utilization and user experience.Therefore,aiming at the realization of straw resource utilization,this paper systematically designed and innovated the fermentation feed processing equipment.First of all,the fermentation feed processing equipment is systematically analyzed to identify the type of equipment and key functional modules;through interview and observation,the current situation of existing equipment and straw resource processing is investigated and analyzed to summarize the shortcomings of existing equipment and clarify the design innovation objectives of straw fermentation feed processing equipment in terms of resource-based function,human-machine operation experience and aesthetic experience;however After that,the modular design concept is used to build theefficient resource-based functional system and resource-based processing flow of the equipment,and the key functional technology is optimized;the ergonomics is used to optimize the layout of the internal functional modules of the equipment and to clarify the principle of human-machine operation and aesthetic experience Optimization of the equipment appearance,so that the equipment has the human-machine relationship elements such as safety,aesthetics and health,and to realize the Humanized design needs.Finally,combined with the high-efficiency and resource-based functional technology scheme and human-machine optimization scheme,the design and innovation practice of small-scale straw fermentation feed processing equipment with multi-functional integration is realized.In this paper,modular design concept is used to optimize the functional technology of the equipment,and ergonomics is used to optimize the internal and external human-machine relationship of the equipment,so as to realize the efficient utilization of straw and provide a more scientific and feasible method and reference for the quality improvement of the existing fermentation feed processing equipment. |
