| China’s crop production is in the forefront of the world,so the production of straw resources was extremely high.In theory,about 900 million tons of crop straw resources can be collected annually.At present,most of the domestic crop straw was pulverization and returning field.About 20%of the straw resources can be collected to produce livestock feed,and the profit of straw production feed is much higher than that of pulverization and returning field.As a typical biomass resource,straw is mainly used as feed through various physical,chemical or biological treatment.To realize the biomass resources recycling and sustainable development,the main way is organically combined the animal husbandry and agriculture together.In this paper,the previous research work was summarized,and the optimal condition was also verified.A technological route of rice straw wrapping-microbial-silage was formulated for guiding further production.Relying on the process route,a site-based wrapping-microbial-silage production line was designed by integrating the existing technologies of rice straw to produce bio-feed.In this paper,the works had been done as follows:(1)According to the results of validation experiment,it can be concluded that the optimum condition is the same with the theoretical optimum condition,which was:bacterial ratio 2:2:1;moisture content 60%;straw length 3 cm;bacterial content 0.2%.According to the nutrient components,the protein content of rice straw was greatly increased about 6570%.But the content of crude fat and crude fiber were decreased roughly under the optimum condition,which increased the palatability of the feed.And according to the results of compound microbial silage validation experiment,the content of crude protein and crude fat of feed were 16.56%and 1.31%respectively by added 4.14%soybean meal,3.75%corn dregs,11.25%bran and 3.75 malt.(2)A 9FQ50-40 crusher was purchased from Jiangxi Hongxing Machinery Co.,Ltd because of its stable and efficient.A ware house and a mixer were designed to fit the demand of production line,and they were machined in Jiangxi Hongxing Machinery Co.,Ltd.A realtime mixing device for different bacterial liquid concentrations was also designed based on diaphragm metering pump and float flowmeter.According to tests,the real-time mixing device had a good stability,reliability and accuracy,which could meet the requirements of this production line.To improve the automation level of the device and reduce the manual operation steps,a controller system was also designed based on a Siemens PLC control platform.In this system,an electromagnetic flowmeter and turbine flowmeter are used to collect flow rate information,and according to the real-time flow rate and set flow rate,the valve could be adjusted by this system,and the flow rate error was less than 4%.(3)The rice straw wrapping-microbial-silage production line was established in the cooperative production base,and the production experiment was also carried out.Through the experiment,the production line can work stability without fault during the production process.And the wrapping-microbial-silage could meet the requirements of animal feed.According to the production efficiency,it was concluded that this production line could produce 3.27 tons feed for 10 hours per day. |
