Research of innovative approaches to new product development is of great significance, although there are many modern innovative methods, but no theory has been generally accepted to be the best or the most suitable for product design, it is necessary to integrate a variety of innovative methods to propose more promising integrated design theory and methods, and to establish innovation model for product design.Straw resources are rich in our country, but due to the large volume of straw accumulation, resulting in a high collection, transportation, storage costs, while the rural farming seasonal restrictions, most of the straw is burned directly in the fields, a waste of resources but also pollute the atmospheric environment. Therefore, this study of constructing a model of product innovation design, in order to improve the quality of product design, reduce design errors and shorten product development time, while the model-based research and development of small, low-cost straw chopper forming one machine, the straw collection and transportation of the whole zero, is of great significance to improve the utilization of straw resources,and to improve the environment.First of all. according to the TRIZ theory classification of the level of innovation, product innovation design are summarized as follows:innovative design and purpose-oriented and problem-oriented innovative design; TRIZ theory, AD theory elements and their application characteristics classification are study concluded, on the basis of TRIZ and AD do a comparative study of the feasibility of a combination of both complementary application; product-oriented and purpose of innovative design and problem-oriented innovative design as the starting point is established based on the TRIZ and AD product innovation design model, and elaborates on the steps of the model.Based on the model of product innovation design, the first steps in accordance with the product-oriented and purpose of innovative design model, followed by analysis of the fundamental needs of the machine users, straw physico-chemical properties, the device’s system resources, the equipment for technologypredict and determine the final ideal Solution based on the above analysis identified the straw chopping the working mechanism of forming one machine and the decomposition mapping function parameters, complete straw chopper overall conceptual design of forming one machine; and problems that may exist in the device, based on the modelthe innovative design-oriented issues, improve equipment productivity and reliability, a number of innovative solutions. During the detailed design stage, some key structural parameters impact on the device crushing and forming efficiency are researched and analyzed, the final selection of the motor, and to complete the design of the drive system. Completed the unity machine’s three-dimensional modeling of the key working parts and the whole assembly, and use the simulation software ANSYS to analysis important parts of the crushing rotor spindle, forming the rotor spindle hammer static analysis to check its work reliableresistance, in order to improve the parts of the design is unreasonable,ADAMS, crushing rotor spindle balancing test, inspection balancing.
