Effect Of Xuan Bai Cheng Qi Powder And Herba Houttuyniae On The Prevention And Treatment On Lung Heat Organ Sthenia Syndrome Of Gilts

In the modern breeding,Lung heat organ sthenia syndrome of pigs has become a common disease in pig farms.Clinical symptoms usually show cough,shortness of breath and even open mouth breathing,dry fur,eye droppings tears obvious,urine yellow,stool dry and so on.The evidence of Lung heat organ sthenia syndrome is common in pneumonia and other lung infection diseases.using antibiotics and other western medicine treatment methods,can only play the role of antipyretic,anti-infection,and for cough and asthma accompanied by stool drying(Lung heat organ sthenia syndrome)pigs,can not effectively effectively prevent the development of the disease.Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has published the Pilot Programme of Action for the Reduction of the Use of Veterinary Antibacterial Drugs(2018-2021)and Proclamation No.194,which shows that it is imperative to reduce and limit the resistance of aquaculture and promote the green development of the industry.Chinese veterinary medicine is rich in resources and has little side effect and no residue.It has formed a systematic theory system and diagnosis and treatment method.Based on the theory of Chinese veterinary medicine,it is of great significance to find the best function and main treatment of Chinese veterinary medicine in livestock and poultry breeding.The experiment was divided into prevention test and treatment test.120 initial symptoms of Lung heat organ sthenia syndrome in Gilts were randomly divided into 6 groups in prevention test,the dosing schemes for each group are as follows: A group(probiotics 2 g/head),B group(Herba Houttuyniae 5 g/head),C group(Herba Houttuyniae 5 g/head,probiotics 2 g/head),D group(Xuan Bai Cheng Qi Powder 5 g/head),E group(Xuan Bai Cheng Qi Powder 5 g/head,probiotics 2 g/head),F group(blank),12 d test time.During the experiment,the changes of temperature,humidity and harmful gas concentration were monitored,and the overall state of the gilts was observed,the feed-meat ratio was calculated,the antioxidant,immune and stress indexes in blood were measured,to explore the preventive effect and health effect of the tested drugs on the Lung heat organ sthenia syndrome of Gilts.24 Lung heat organ sthenia syndrome of Gilts were randomly divided into A,B two groups,the dosing scheme is as follows: A group(Xuan Bai Cheng Qi Powder 10 g/head,probiotics 2 g/head),B group(Xuan Bai Cheng Qi Powder 17 g/head,Herba Houttuyniae 5 g/head,probiotics 2 g/head),7 d test time.During the experiment,the overall state and therapeutic effect of the gilts was observed,to explore the positive therapeutic effect of the drugs on the Lung heat organ sthenia syndrome of gilts.The results show that:(1)Xuan Bai Cheng Qi Powder and Herba Houttuyniae all improved the body surface state of the gilts on Lung heat organ sthenia syndrome and made their hair bright and tidy;improved the sows eye state,reduced the formation of eye droppings and tear spots;improved the constipation and urine color of the reserve sows;and improved the mental state.and the effect of compound action with probiotics is more obvious.(2)Xuan Bai Cheng Qi Powder can increase the activity of GSH-Px,SOD in plasma and decrease the content of MDA.Herba Houttuyniae can increase the activity of GSH-Px and decrease the content of MDA.All of them can improve the antioxidant capacity of gilts in different degrees.Xuan Bai Cheng Qi Powder and Herba Houttuyniae can increase the content of Ig G and enhance the immune function of gilts on Lung heat organ sthenia syndrome,reduce the concentration of cortisol in plasma and reduce the stress response;Xuanbai Chengqi San,Houttuynia cordata can increase the content of igg and enhance the immune function of the back-up sows;reduce the concentration of cortisol in plasma and reduce the stress response,reduce the FCR,and the combined application with probiotics is better.(3)The effect of adding Herba Houttuyniae in the feed on the prevention of Lung heat organ sthenia syndrome in gilts was poor;The addition of Xuan Bai Cheng Qi Powder or combined use with probiotics in feed has better prevention and treatment effect on the demonstration of Lung heat organ sthenia syndrome,but the combination of Xuan Bai Cheng Qi Powder,Herba Houttuyniae and probiotics in the treatment of gilts has better empirical effect on Lung heat organ sthenia syndrome.The results showed that Xuan Bai Cheng Qi Powder and Herba Houttuyniae could improve the clinical symptoms,production performance and immune function of the gilts on Lung heat organ sthenia syndrome,and the combined application with probiotics is better;For the treatment of Lung heat organ sthenia syndrome of Gilts,the combination of Xuan Bai Cheng Qi Powder,Herba Houttuyniae and probiotics is better.
