Under the influence of the active promotion of the National policy-based agricultural insurance,with the gradual improvement of the development of animal husbandry and aquaculture insurance,agricultural insurance has gradually become market-oriented.Guoyuan insurance company as Anhui local,specialized agricultural insurance company,need to seize the opportunity to strengthen the research of animal husbandry insurance marketing strategy,continuously expand itself,improve the ability to resist the dual pressure of natural risk and market risk.Through the research of the improvement strategy of animal husbandry insurance marketing of guoyuan Changfeng company,this paper solves the problem of how to actively grasp the market and promote the market development under the background of government policy support.The core topic of this thesis is the research on the improvement of the marketing strategy of the animal husbandry insurance business of Guoyuan Changfeng Company.First,the theory is summarized,followed by the development of the animal husbandry insurance business of Changfeng Company,and the existing marketing environment of Changfeng Company is analyzed.This paper makes a SWOT analysis of the existing marketing environment,analyzes the main problems and causes of the marketing of the animal husbandry insurance business of Changfeng Company,discusses the original marketing strategy and limitation analysis of Changfeng Company,and further determines the basic principles and goals of the marketing improvement strategy of Changfeng Company.According to its own development,the market segmentation and marketing orientation are determined,and then the combination strategy selection and improvement strategy of Changfeng's insurance business marketing are put forward,and the improvement is compared before and after,and the improvement effect is verified.This paper summarizes the research results of relevant literature at home and abroad,and finally draws the main research conclusions.The author also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on improving the marketing strategy of animal husbandry insurance business in Guoyuan Changfeng company from the aspects of concept improvement,resource allocation improvement,process improvement,service improvement,and implementation of incentive assessment mechanism.This paper makes an in-depth study and outlook on the development trend of animal husbandry insurance business.
