With the continuous development of economic globalization,the rapid increase in the number of enterprises,the industry increased the complexity,market competition is increasingly fierce.At the same time,with the enhancement of costumes self-consciousness,the market has changed from the original seller's market to the buyer's market.With increase in enterprise operation scale and its management levels,impact the enterprise management system,so the focus of corporate competition has shifted to management and leadership.If enterprise in order to seek long-term development in the complex competitive environment,they must develop the correct strategic goals and maintain a unique competitive advantage.Human resources,is an important source of access to competitive advantage,but also an important factor in achieving the strategic goals of enterprises.Enterprises only rely on strategic management,organizational change,human resources optimization strategy,in order to maintain the company's sustained growth.At this situation,to explore and practice the development of human resources,become one of the future direction help enterprises sustain the development,only according to the needs of enterprise strategic development plan and implementation of targeted human resources development work,enhance the value of human resources,so that the development of talent to support the realization of corporate strategic objectives,so the enterprises can achieve more long-term development.This article base on combing strategic human resource management and in particular strategic human resources training and development-related research and results,take a large domestic forestry group as the research object,analyzes the impact of the external competitive environment and internal resources and capacity of the enterprise on its business strategy,and through combined the method that:theoretical analysis and case analysis,use SWOT,balanced Scorecard and other tools analyzed the A company's current business strategy,and put forward the proposal and measures of A company's strategic human resources development work.Make A company's human resources development work to a new strategic level,for the realization of strategic objectives to enhance the quality of personnel,reserve strategic resources.
