Study On The Chain Management And Core Competitiveness Of Pig Farming Industry

China's pig breeding industry is changing to a large-scale modern breeding model.The competition of pig breeding enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.In order to survive,pig breeding enterprises should consider the layout of breeding industry chain from the strategic level.Industry chain management is especially important to pig breeding industry,and different industrial chain layout will affect the core competitiveness of enterprises.Muyuan share is a typical pig breeding enterprise with integrated breeding mode in China,and its industrial chain management has promoted its core competitiveness.Muyuan share is the second largest enterprises in China focusing on pig breeding.After many years of development,feed processing and pig production have been established.The complete closed pig industry chain,which integrates feed processing,pig breeding and breeding of commercial pigs,strengthens the core competitiveness of enterprises,makes their market value to be higher,and becomes the highest market value enterprise of pig breeding plate.The research in this paper has reference significance for the development of aquaculture enterprises.This paper first analyzes the industrial chain management of Muyuan share,then analyzes the mechanism of Muyuan stock chain management to enhance its core competitiveness,and finally analyzes the financial performance of enterprises.Based on this,it puts forward some suggestions to improve its industrial chain management and core competitiveness,summarizes its experience and lessons theoretically,provides reference for other aquaculture enterprises,and enriches the research on industrial chain management and core competitiveness.It is found that the integrated industrial chain model of Muyuan share has strong core competitiveness :(1)the cost is at a low level in the industry;(2)the control of the risk of epidemic situation is more effective.But because of the inherent defects of its management model of heavy assets,that is,the proportion of heavy assets is high,the cashability of assets is weak,and the enterprise has certain financial risks.This paper puts forward the following measures: perfecting the industrial chain,paying attention to the coordinated development of upstream and downstream links and strengthening the management of fixed assets.This research has reference significance to strengthen the industrial chain management of enterprises.
