Study On The Countermeasure Of Economic Development Under Forest In Jiaohe

Jiaohe is a famous tourist city in Jilin Province,and also a rich area of forest resources,but the main pillar of jiahe's economy is still agriculture.The economic value of forest resources as sustainable development resources has not been fully utilized,and in the tide that our country vigorously develops ecological agriculture and ecological economy,the effect of forestry resources in Jiaohe on local environmental protection and regional ecological and economic development is not obvious.In carrying out the forestry economic report,the Jiaohe government directly puts forward the key factors restricting the development of forestry economy,that is,the feasibility analysis of the economic project under the forest is not enough,and the economic development under the forest lacks the overall description and the concrete problem analysis.Based on this,this paper takes jiahe city as the research object and analyzes its undergrowth economic development model Based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign literatures of the undergrowth economy,it is found that the type of economic research under the forest is rich,taking a certain region as the research object,comprehensively discussing the economic model under the forest and analyzing its development state,with the most practical valu,Therefore this study chooses such a research paradigm and adopts data envelopment method to analyze the composition,scale and output rate of the understory economy of jiahe city.Taking investigation and interview as evidence,it finds out the problems existing in the understory economy of jiahe city and discusses the reasons and counterplans.Through data envelopment modeling,it is found that the forest economy in jiahe city is divided into 14 industrial models,but only edible fungi,medicinal materials,silkworm and resorts have strong output ability,and the output capacity of other industrial models is inadequate.Because of the narrow path of economic development under the forest,insufficient capital investment and other problems are caused.and then,the value of the economy under the forest has not been fully demonstrated,in terms of promoting environmental protection,and solving the problem of regional poverty,the undergrowth economy plays a poor role.Therefore,this study suggests that in the economic development of the forest,Jiaohe should pay attention to the promotion of farmers,and guide them to actively participate in the forest economy.The forest economy industry and enterprises that have formed a scale should make full use of their own market advantages and develop the market by means of big data and network operation;The Government's preferential policies for the economy under the forest should start with the characteristics of the economic development under the forest,adopting different preferential policies for different business categories,paying attention to the impact of the forest economy on the environment,and taking this as a breakthrough in the development of technology,from the perspective of poverty alleviation,to find a breakthrough in the innovation of the economic form under the forest.The introduction of talents and regional individualized development will serve as the driving force for the long-term development of the economy under the Jiaohe forest.
