Epidemiological Survey Of Canine Common Viral Diarrhea In Jilin City

Diarrhea in dogs is a common clinical symptom.Studies have shown that diarrhea accounts for more than 60% of dog diseases.Dog diarrhea can be divided into viral diarrhea,parasitic diarrhea,bacterial diarrhea and other sexual diarrhea depending on the cause.Canine viral diarrhea has the characteristics of acute onset,high mortality,high contagiousness etc.Among them,canine distemper virus,canine parvovirus and canine coronavirus are the most common viruses causing canine diarrhea in pet clinic,which seriously affect the health of pets.Therefore,this study carried out an investigation on these three viral infectious diseases.From January 2018 to January 2019,a total of 526 samples of canine diarrhea from six pet hospitals in Jilin City were collected.The clinical samples and laboratory tests were used to confirm the samples.Data were collected from 5 aspects including the onset month,age,sex,immunity and breed of dogs.SPSS20.0 was used to analyze the correlation between the main viruses(CDV,CPV,CCV)and the possible causes of canine diarrhea,thus providing theoretical basis for the epidemic situation,diagnosis and prevention of canine viral diarrhea in Jilin city.According to the survey,in the 526 cases of canine diarrhea in Jilin City,the number of canine distemper cases was 60,accounting for 11.41%;the number of small cases was 176,accounting for 33.46%;the number of canine coronary cases was 106,accounting for 20.53%.Diarrhea in dogs is a cooperative clinical symptom.Studies have shown that diarrhea accounts for more than 60% of dog diseases.Canine diarrhea can be subdivided into viral diarrhea,parasitic diarrhea and general diarrhea according to the etiology.Canine viral diarrhea is characterized by acute onset,high mortality and high infectivity,which seriously affect the development of pet industry in China.Canine distemper virus,canine parvovirus and canine coronavirus are frequent representatives.There is no significant difference between the incidence of CDV and CCV and the onset month of animals in canine diarrhea diseases in Jilin city.There was a significant difference between the incidence rate of CPV and the onset month of animals.The incidence of CDV,CPV and CCV was not significantly different from the sex of animals.There was no significant difference between the incidence of CDV and CCV and the immune status of animals.There was a significant difference between the incidence of CPV and the immune status of animals.There was no significant difference between the incidence of CDV and the age of animals.There was significant difference between the incidence of CPV and CCV and the age of animals.There was no significant difference between the incidence of CDV,CPV and CCV and the body shape of animals.
