Investigation On The Status Of Pesticide Use Of Kiwifruit In Shaanxi Province And Determination Of Related Pesticide Residues

With the improvement of people's living standards,the demands for fruits and vegetables are also continuously increasing.Kiwifruit is rich in nutrients and is more and more popular.The proportion in fruits is increasing.However,due to the improvement of people's awareness of food safety,the rational use of pesticides on kiwifruit and the problem of excessive pesticide residues have also caused concern.The Qinling Mountains are the birthplace of kiwifruit and the most important kiwifruit production base in China.So,this paper investigated the pesticides used in the main producing areas of kiwifruit in Shaanxi,and collected its kiwifruit samples for determination of pesticides residue in Shaanxi.It is intended to provide a basis for the use and supervision of kiwifruit pesticides in Shaanxi Province.In this paper,the orchard in kiwifruit area of Shaanxi province was randomly selected,then we visited the farmeres by the questionnaire.From the survey we can see that the pesticides were used about 3-10 times in the kiwifruit orchard annually,and the pesticide were used about 5-6 times almost,accounting for 47%.All the pesticides were sprinkled with diesel engine or eslectric sprayer.The pesticides cost was about 80-600 yuan per666.67m~2,between 400-500 yuan per 666.67 m~2 was the largest proportion,accounting for25.42%.According to the detections of 10 pesticides residues,which showed that Deltamethrin,Methyl parathion,Parathion and Amphetamine were not detected.Secondly,Permethrin,Cypermethrin,?-BHC were detected,but all of them did not excess the MRL.Forchlorfenuron,pp?-DDTand Bifenthrin all exceeded the MRL,the detectable rates were 54.4%,25.0%,and 16.6%,respectively,and the over-standard rates were 15.0%,1.6%,and 16.6%,respectively.From the above result we can know thatat present,the farmers in Shaanxi Province mainly rely on chemical agents for the prevention and control of kiwifruit pests and diseases.Whether the pesticide can be used reasonably by fruit farmers is tightly related to the farmers'education level,economic level and the guidance of pesticides dealers.Amost kiwifruit in Shaanxi were safe.It is suggested to strengthen the management of pesticide markets and improve farmers'quality and professional knowledge through training propaganda.
