Investigation Of Grape Cultivation In Chadian County Of Tianjin And Analysis Of Residue Of Carbendazim For Grape In The Market

Grape,as the pillar industry in Tianjin City,develops rapidly year by year.For the first part of the study,we investigated grape planting situation by a questionnaire survey in Tianjin Binhai New Area,Chadian Town,Chaxi Village and Daxin Village.A questionnaire survey was carried out for local grape varieties,scale and pesticide usage.After summarizing the data of the questionnaire survey,it was found that "rose fragrance" has the dominant position among the grape varieties planted in Tianjin Binhai New Area,and other fine varieties,such as "gold finger" and "sunshine rose",have also been planted.In the process of planting,the use of pesticides is large.Among them,carbendazim is the most widely used chemicals.Growers’ habits of using pesticides are good,but there is still room for improvement.We need to continue to publicize scientific drugs.According to the actual situation,according to the national standard GB/T5009.188-2033,we test the residue of two local supply varieties in Tianjin Market: "rose fragrance" and "gold finger",according to the standard methods stipulated in the determination of GB/T 5009.188-2003 vegetables,fruits,methyl,and carbendazim.The results showed that: in two months,the content of carbendazim in different varieties was higher than that in "golden finger".Among the varieties of "rose fragrance",the average residual amount of carbendazim in September was 1.682 +0.170mg/kg,1.059 + 0.200 mg/kg in October,and higher in September than in October,with significant difference(t=13.44**).Among the "gold finger" varieties,the average residue of carbendazim in September was 1.607 + 0.199mg/kg,0.879 +0.232 mg/kg in October,and higher in September than in October,with significant difference(t=13.48**).In the two months,the carbendazim residue in September was higher than that in October.Among them,in September,the average residue of carbendazim in "rose fragrance" was 1.682 + 0.170 mg/kg,and the average residue of carbendazim in "gold finger" was 1.607 + 0.199 mg/kg,but there was no significant difference betweenthem(t=1.62).In October,the average residue of carbendazim in "rose fragrance" was1.059 + 0.200 mg/kg,and the average residual amount of carbendazim in "gold finger" was 0.879 + 0.232 mg/kg,but there was a significant difference between them(t=3.31**).The average residue of carbendazim in Hongqi farm wholesale market was higher than that in supermarkets.The average residual amount of carbendazim in the "Rose" varieties in the wholesale market of red flag was 1.415 + 0.383 mg/kg,and the average residual amount of carbendazim in the "gold finger" variety was 1.278 +0.461 mg/kg,but there was no significant difference between them(t=0.98).The average residue of carbendazim in the "Rose" variety of Huarun Wanjia supermarket was 1.326 + 0.345 mg/kg,and the average residual amount of carbendazim in "gold finger" was 1.208 + 0.390 mg/kg,but there was no significant difference between them(t=0.65).
