Vegetable mulching is an agricultural technology that is being gradually promoted in China.This technology can maintain the soil temperature,reduce the drought conditions of the cultivation of seedlings,and play a role in moisturizing and protecting fertilizers.However,due to the high soil moisture content in the field in the south,residual film remains more fragmented and lumpy after operation,which is difficult to recover,resulting in a large number of residual films remaining on the surface of the land and affecting the normal growth and development of the crop.At present,the domestic adoption of film collection methods are mostly gear-tooth,air-suction,and tooth-chain,etc.The recovery rate for small-scale mulch film is not high,and film-filming and film-breaking difficulties often occur.Therefore,this project aims at the problems existing in the above-mentioned plastic film recycling machines and the actual conditions faced by farmland operations in the south,and combines relevant agronomics to design and study a vegetable suitable for operations in the southern hilly and mountainous regions in order to increase the recovery rate of small-scale plastic film.Plastic film recycling machine,its main research content is as follows:(1)Experimental study on the physical properties of residual film and soil.Liuyang Experimental Base in Hunan Province was selected as the experimental area for this study.The distribution characteristics of the residual film on the surface of the soil layer and the area characteristics of the residual film were obtained by using the relevant actual measured values and statistical values obtained in the experimental area: >50 cm :35.3%;25 cm <s<50cm : 54.6%;s<25cm : 10.1 The residual ratio remains in the farmland.The residual filmthat was brought back was used in Hunan Agricultural University to determine the tensile properties of the residual film by experiments: the average elongation of the residual film with thickness of 0.01 and 0.006 mm was 113.44% and 59.02%,respectively.The moisture content of the soil in the experimental area was calculated by the experimental data of the TDR30 soil moisture analyzer and was found to be 9.18%.(2)Structural design of southern vegetable mulch recycling machine.Based on the relevant experimental data previously done,combined with the operation conditions andpower requirements of the southern region,this vegetable film recovery machine was designed,mainly including the selection of the power section,where the diesel engine of the tiller was selected as the main output power;the whole structure The design of the structure of the key components such as the pellicle device,the film-removal device,the film-rolling device,and the rake-type rake.The mulch recovery machine has the advantages of simple and compact structure,low cost,adaptability to the south operation,and high pick-up rate of small mulch film.(3)Three-dimensional solid modeling of the southern vegetable mulch recycling machine and finite element analysis and optimization of key components.The use of PRO/E3 D software to perform solid modeling of the vegetable mulch recycling machine verifies the feasibility and rationality of the equipment design and provides reliable parameters for the subsequent machine tool making.The modal analysis of the rack was performed using ANSYS finite element analysis software.The natural frequency was calculated to be 88.2 Hz to 214.4 Hz.There was no problem with the frame at the 6th vibration frequency;The stress at the tail of the film-lifting shovel is the highest,the maximum stress value is 1.3 Mpa and the maximum deformation of the jaw-type caries occurs at the tip of the tooth.The maximum deformation is 0.024 mm.The deformation of the weld between the tooth tip and the beam is minimal,and the minimum deformation is 0 mm.Through the relevant mechanical analysis,virtual simulation and optimization design,the optimal structure and working parameters of each key component are determined.(4)Prototype production and testing.The production of the prototype was completed at the Agricultural Machinery Training Center of Hunan Agricultural University,and the main performance indicators of the vegetable mulch recycling machine were tested through field experiments,including different sizes s>50cm;25cm <s <50cm;s<25cm The residualfilm recovery rate was 95.6%,81.5%,and 80.6%,respectively;the tool forward speed was between 2 and 4.5 km/h,and the working depth exceeded.20mm;In addition,the optimal test plan was selected through multi-factor orthogonal test: advancement speed of implement:2.4km/h;angle of filming shovel into soil: 10°;residual film area s>50cm.Obviously,thisaircraft can meet the agricultural enterprise standards in the cultivated land area in Hunan.
