The mulch film planting technology was introduced from Japan to China as early as 1978,and serious farmland residual film pollution spread throughout the country.In this paper,combining cotton planting situation of Xin Jiang and the existing design features of film recycling machine,in view of the existing key problems of the clamping finger-chain type device for recycling agricultural plastic film:residual plastic film wrapping easily film recycling components,the performance of the device is not stable,the recovery of residual plastic film impurity rate is higher,this paper carry out a structure improvement and test of the clamping finger-chain type device for recycling agricultural plastic film.First of all,according to the existing problems,to design the structural improvement program,according to the improvement program,to make the test prototype,and repeatedly carry out tests,improve and optimize the improvement program to make the final prototype.finally,take the operation effect test analysis and theoretical analysis of the working process of the final prototype.In order to ensure the clamping finger-chain type device for recycling agricultural plastic film,This paper investigates the field after harvest of cotton in Shi He Zi in autumn,autumn is the best time to recovery of residual plastic film,But to recovery the residual plastic film still has the certain difficulty,combined with the real conditions of the machine working object,Study the residual plastic film for laying mode on the field,the physical properties and he degree of damage,and to collect the residual plastic film the residual plastic film friction characteristic test.The test results show that the minimum value of the friction Angle of agricultural mulching film normally laid in the field for about 190 days is 30°,the maximum value of the friction Angle is 36.5°,the average value of the friction Angle is 33°,the standard deviation of the test is 2.10,and the coefficient of variation of the friction Angle is 0.06.In this experiment,the average value of the residual friction angle of 33°is an important basis for the structural improvement design of the finger chain type residual film recovery device.According to the main problems existing in the finger chain type residual film recovery device,we improved the design of the structure of the film collection mechanism;the improved design of the film removal device;and the structural design of the cleaning device.The improved design of the film collecting mechanism mainly includes:the improved design of the finger chain structure,the increased density of the finger chain arrangement,the structural design of the lower sprocket,the improved design of the tensioning mechanism structure,etc.;the film stripping device is designed as a stationary fixed scraper Plate,passive sparse brushing and stripping film;the cleaning device is designed as a grid-type cleaning device,using the principle of sieving to remove impurities;the structure of each device and mechanism is determined through structural improvement design,combined with field experiments and theoretical analysis,established Dimensional parameters and material selection of each key component.Combined with field experiments and theoretical analysis,In this paper,the improved design of the operation width of the film closing mechanism is 2000mm,the arrangement of 20 groups,the design unit operating speed v and clamping finger-chain linear speed v1 ratio k is 2.The length of film for recovery of a single clamping finger is 381mm,greater than the length of clamping finger to receivable chain?190.5mm?.The area of recovered residual plastic film of each clamping finger is S=0.038m2,and the weight of impurities on the residual plastic film with an area of S is 8.6N.According to the field test,when r1=60mm and r2=100mm,the film removing blade has a good effect of passive comb and brush film stripping,the clamping finger-chain runs smoothly,the whole residual plastic film recovery process is continuous and the operation process is stable.In this paper,a quadratic regression model of film recovery rate with working Angle,clamping force and unit speed is established by using the box-behnken response surface test design method.By analyzing the response surface of the model,the optimal scheme is found,and the optimal working parameters of the clamping finger-chain type device for recycling agricultural plastic film are established.Through field tests,when the working Angle is 41.5°,the clamping force is 30N and the unit speed is 6km/h,the film recovery rate of the clamping finger-chain type device for recycling agricultural plastic film reaches 91.2%,clearance rate is 85.3%,which proves the feasibility of the optimized scheme of the device and provides technical and theoretical support for solving the problem of residual film pollution.
