Mongolia's accession to the WTO has made great progress in both agriculture and industry.With the acceleration of the internationalization process,Mongolia's beef and mutton gradually from domestic to the world.On the one hand,the meat quality of Mongolian beef and mutton naturally raised is better than that of Australian feed captive cattle and mutton.On the other hand,because Australian beef and mutton are affected by mad cow disease,Mongolian beef and mutton are exported to foreign countries and enter the international market.Mongolian Eco-Meat Company is a multinational company mainly engaged in beef and mutton production.Its main exporter is China.Eco-Meat Company attracts a large number of Chinese customers for its high quality of beef and mutton products.In this study,Mongolian Eco-meat Company was the main research subject,and its beef and mutton products in China's target market positioning was studied.Firstly,through the analysis of the macro-marketing environment,industry competition environment and micro-environment of the Eco-meat Company,the environmental characteristics of the Eco-meat Company are analyzed to clarify the environmental characteristics for the target market positioning of the Eco-meat Company;secondly,from three aspects of market segmentation,target market selection and positioning,respectively.Eco-meat company is subdivided and positioned in China's marketing market,and SWOT analysis is carried out on the eco-meat company,pointing out the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats faced by the company in China's market development.At the same time,from the perspective of 4Ps marketing mix,the products,prices,channels and promotion strategies of the eco-meat company are analyzed.Then,according to the above analysis,from the aspects of changing the management concept,strengthening quality management,strengthening the construction of talent team and implementing control mechanism,the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward to improve the management level and management quality of Mongolian Eco-meat Company.
