Investigation On Diseases And Insect Pests Of Arabidopsis Thaliana In Yuyang District,Yulin City And Selection Of Its Control

As a wild vegetable,arabidopsis thaliana has edible and medicinal value.Yuyang District is located at the intersection of Mu Us Desert and loess plateau.Wild arabidopsis thaliana is rich in resources and plays an important role in increasing agricultural efficiency and farmers’ income.In recent years,with the expansion of artificial cultivation,great changes have taken place between the sand mustard field and the original wild natural environment.Due to the extensive cultivation and management of farmers in the past,they lacked the corresponding knowledge of plant protection and did not form a set of integrated prevention and control plans in line with the local conditions.Based on the investigation of sand mustard planting farmers in Yuyang District,Yulin City,on the basis of comprehensive understanding of the occurrence of sand mustard diseases and insect pests,through the screening test of the control agents of sand mustard powdery mildew and rapeseed,the whole process prevention and control plan was explored.The details are as follows:1.Main diseases and insect pests of arabidopsis thunb in Yuyang District include powdery mildew and downy mildew of stem and leaf,which are generally serious in rainy season from June to August.Aphids occur when drought is serious,and generally occur in June to July.Underground pests generally occur from mid-may to early June,and can be effectively controlled by timely root irrigation or drip irrigation with medicine after seedling stage.2.The comparative test of the field control effects of different chemical control agents on green leaf mustard showed that: among the 4 chemical control agents tested,the best control effect was 5% chlorophenolamide suspension agent,and the control effect 1-7 days after the drug was more than 80%;The control effect of 1.8% avermectin reached 96.49% 4d after drug administration.It is suggested that 1.8% avermectin emulsion and 5% chlorophenolamide suspension can be used to control the pest effectively.3.Different chemical prevention and control of powdery mildew of field efficacy of contrast test showed that the selected 5 kinds of chemical control agent,suspending agent,12.5% acrylic 50% Turk water bacteria and chlorothalonil 75% wettable powder of this three kinds of medicament has significant control effect on sand mustard powdery mildew,and in between 1 to 3 times,applying pesticide control effect will increase steadily,and at the same time to sand mustard security is good,suitable for use in yu Yang local promotion.To sum up,based on the results of chemical experiments on other cruciferous crops,a whole-process control scheme for diseases and insect pests of arabidopsis thaliana field was developed.The preliminary application showed that the scheme could effectively prevent and control major diseases and insect pests of arabidopsis thaliana field and was worth further promotion.4.Combined with the screening test of chemical agents and the investigation results of the pest and disease system of arabidopsis thaliana in Yuyang District,Yulin City,the comprehensive pest and disease control strategy of arabidopsis thaliana,which is mainly based on chemical control methods and combined with agricultural control,physical control and biological control measures,is preliminarily explored to ensure the stable production and income increase of arabidopsis thaliana planting industry.
