From 2012 to 2014,theexperiment and demonstration research of controlling tobacco plant diseases and insect pests by agricultural control,biological control,physical control and chemical prevention(high efficiency,low toxicity and low residue)was carried out in Hengyang city.And thenthe integration of the green prevention and control technology research and extension of diseases and insect pests with "agriculture control +biological control,physical control + scientific and medical treatment" wasoptimized in different ecotope.The main research conclusions were as follows:1.The effect of different prevention methods:The study of Solar energy frequency vibration insecticidal lamp showed that,the pesticide could be used a little or not to prevent and control prodenia litura and oriental tobacco budworm lava.Placing a sex attractant on per acre was more appropriate.Control effect on tobacco aphid control was over 90%;In the processing experiments including insecticidal lamp,yellow plate,chemical control +insecticidal lampand yellow plate control area,aphids cardinal number reduced more than 50%than the control plot,but aphids cardinal number difference betweenthe peasant defence area and the control plot was not obvious.2.Biological pesticide control effect:Control effects,fast-acting property,persistent effect of Rotenone for oriental tobacco budworm were better than other biopesticide.Biocontrol bacterium control effect for tobacco bacterial wilt was best,the was Chunleimeisu,which showed that Biocontrol bacterium was obviously superior to the local conventional biopesticide including Agricultural streptomycin and Thiediazole copper and Biocontrol bacterium could be applied in tobacco leaf production.3.Compare the effect of different chemical prevention and control:the control effect of 20%Chlorantraniliprole missible oil and 5%S-fenvalerate missible oil for oriental tobacco budworm and prodenialitura(3 ages ago larvae)was good.control effect of 20%Chlorantraniliprole missible oil for oriental tobacco budworm within 15 days was around 90%,for prodenia litura stabled at more than 80%;5%S-fenvalerate missible oil for oriental tobacco budworm within 15 days stabled at more than 80%,for prodenia liturawas around 80%,the both could be applied in pollution-free tobacco production and replaced the common lambda-cyhalothrin.5%JiaWei salt water dispersible granule agent for oriental tobacco budworm and prodenia litura had certain prevention and control effects.The prevention and control effect of mixture including Dongwangshadu,Bingdujijiu,biogen and gibberellin for tobacco virus disease was best,followed by 20%moroxydine hydrochloride(300 times dilution liquid)and Photosynthetic bacteria inoculants(100 times dilution liquid,and the effect of 0.5%oligosaccharin(0.5%Amino sugars speed reducer(300 times dilution liquid))was the worst.4.Prevention and control of green technology demonstration effect:The benefit of the demonstration zone with insecticidal lamp was 305.38 yuan RMB per mu more than the non-demonstration zone,saved pesticide and labor cost 92.5 yuan RMB;The benefit of Yellow board demonstration area increased 101.6 yuan RMB per mu compared with non-demonstration zone,but its control material and labor costs were 24 yuanRMB more than non-demonstration;a sex attractant demonstration area increased 168.7 yuan RMBmore than non-demonstration zone per mu averagely and saved pesticide and labor cost 73 yuan RMB;Insecticidal lamp+yellow board demonstration area increased369 yuan RMBmore than non-demonstration zone per mu averagely and saved pesticide and labor cost 58.5 yuan RMB.
