Investigation On Bamboo Plant Diseases And Insect Pests In Chengdu And Research On Pollution-free Control Of Main Plant Diseases And Insect Pests

In recent years,bamboo shoots in Chengdu have been loved by the majority of consumers,with increasing demand,which has promoted the development of the bamboo industry for bamboo shoots in Chengdu and has become an important means for farmers to get rid of poverty and become rich.Due to the change of business model and the shortage of management methods and measures,more bamboo diseases and insect pests have appeared.Although the managers used pesticides for prevention and control,the types of pesticides used are improper and the methods of use are not standardized.Good prevention of pests and diseases also has a certain impact on the environment.Therefore,a comprehensive investigation of bamboo plant diseases and insect pests in Chengdu,and research on the prevention and control of important plant diseases and insect pests without pollution,will play an important role in the development of bamboo plant industry in Chengdu.In this paper,through a comprehensive survey of bamboo plant diseases and insect pests in Chengdu,the types,distribution and damages of plant diseases and insect pests were identified,important plant diseases and insect pests were clarified,and the occurrence process of important plant diseases and insect pests was systematically observed and analyzed,and a pollution-free control test was carried out.The main results are as follows:1.A comprehensive survey of diseases and insect pests of bamboo shoot in chengdu was conducted by combining line survey and standard ground survey.It was found that diseases and insect pests of bamboo shoot involved 38 kinds of insect pests of 27 families and 6 orders,including 27 kinds of leaf pests,1 kind of bamboo shoot pests and 10 kinds of branch pests.There were 7 kinds of diseases,including 5 kinds of leaf diseases and 2 kinds of branch diseases.The main diseases were bamboo coal pollution and bamboo arbuscular disease.The two pests of phyllostachys chinensis and phyllostachys Linnaeus are important causes of serious bamboo coal pollution.2.The bamboo weaving Ye Ye moth fixed-point system observation,survey and indoor breeding found that bamboo weaving Ye Ye moth in chengdu four generations,generation in the June 7-1 July 5 between 2 generations in July 20-August 19 between,third-generation on August 23-October 4,4th generation between October11-at the end of November,the third generation of the longest.3.The research on the occurrence and harm of coal pollution disease found that two kinds of aphids with serious harm were the important factors leading to the occurrence of coal pollution disease,and the disease index of coal pollution disease was also low(about 20)when the number of aphids was small and the harm index was low before the beginning of June.In early June to early July,when the aphid population continued to increase rapidly,the relative aphid harm index and aphid disease index also began to increase.At the end of July,when the aphid population was stable,the aphid disease index and aphid harm index tended to stabilize correspondingly.4.Virulence test showed that the crude extractings from plants significantly worse than new nicotine agents toxicity to aphid,anabasine drugs mixed prevention is better than the single drug efficacy,10 mg/L efficiency.the pairing and thiamethoxam Lin bamboo solid Angle aphid outdoor control effect of 92%,10 mg/L abamectin and Pi Lin mixed pairing forest insect powder horn aphid outdoor control effect of 86.79%.Mineral oil spraying is an important means to prevent and control coal pollution,and the control effect can reach 71.65% on the 14 th day.Mineral oil is a very good agent for the ability to wash away the coal pollution on the leaves.In addition,mineral oil also has the prevention and control effect on aphids and mites,and since it is permeable and sticky,physical way to kill insects,it will not develop drug resistance,safe for natural enemies.5.The experiment of using trichoderma trichoderma to control the bamboo leaf borer showed that the best effect was to release bees at 10 thousand points,with the rate of bract decay and the rate of insect population decline being 74.24% and 59.21%respectively.It can be seen that the number of bees can affect the effect of bee release,while the density has little effect on the effect of bee release.In terms of drug control,abamectin,methylamine,abamectin and methylamine were mixed with each other,and the control effects were all higher,with 94.39%,94.07% and 91.58%,respectively.The control effect of beauveria bassiana was poor,only 38.92%.
