The Status Quo Of Walnut Diseases And Pests In Shangluo And Countermeasures

Shaanxi Province is one of the three major walnut production provinces in China,especially Shangluo City,located in Qinling Mountains,which is a famous walnut traditional production area in China.In recent years,with the development of the strategy of Rural Revitalization and poverty alleviation,the area of Walnut in Shangluo area has increased rapidly and the degree of centralized cultivation has been improved continuously.However,extensive management has been adopted in many fields in cultivation and management,and the occurrence of diseases and pests has been serious.As a result,the yield,quality,benefit and brand of Shangluo walnut have been greatly affected.。 The current situation of walnut pests and diseases in Shangluo city was investigated and the control countermeasures were put forward,which provided theoretical basis and technical reference for walnut growers in Shangluo city to control walnut pests and diseases.In order to improve the quality and efficiency of Shangluo walnut,the occurrence and regularity of diseases and pests of Shangluo walnut were studied in this paper.The species,damage location,distribution area and occurrence of diseases and pests of Shangluo walnut were preliminarily investigated,and the occurrence of diseases and pests of Shangluo walnut was also discussed.The prevention and control countermeasures were put forward.After investigation and analysis,the results are as follows:1.There are 67 pests and diseases in walnut production in Shangluo,including 51 pests and 16 diseases.2.There are 51 kinds of pests in Shangluo walnut,and 6 kinds of pests are the most harmful in Shangluo walnut production.They are Walnut Lifting Moth,Aromatic Wood Beetle Moth,Monochamus versicolor,Walnut Henggou Elephant,Walnut Flat Leaf Named Subspecies,and Golden Turtle.51 species of pests belong to 6 orders and 27 families.Lepidoptera has the largest number of pests,up to 21 species;Coleoptera has 19 species;Isoptera,Diptera and Acaridae have the least species,all of which have only one species.In terms of division,the longicorn family is the largest,with 6 species,followed by the spiny moth family,with 4 species;the poisonous moth family,the elephant beetle family and the gill Scarab family are all three species;the thirteen families,including the limb moth family,the acanthidae family,the Cicadidae family and the leaf mite family,are the least,with only one species.3.There are 16 diseases of Shangluo walnut,including 6 diseases of branches and trunks,4 diseases of fruits,3 diseases of leaves and 3 diseases of roots.These diseases all occurred in Shangluo six counties and one district,indicating that the occurrence of these 16 kinds of walnut diseases in Shangluo walnut producing area has a broad spectrum.Among them,walnut anthracnose,walnut canker and walnut black spot disease are the most harmful to Walnut trees.Walnut anthracnose and walnut black spot disease can cause walnut black,yield decline and even no harvest.4.The major pests and diseases affecting the production of Shangluo walnut are "Seven insects and Four Diseases".They are: Walnut Lifting Moth,Twin-bristled Tail Fly,Walnut Little Gidding,Peach Borer borer,Cloud Spotted Longhorn Beetle,Aromatic Moth,Walnut Crossover,Walnut Black Spot Disease,Walnut Canker Disease,Walnut Anthracnose and Walnut Branch Blight.In walnut production,"seven insects and four diseases" should be monitored and controlled.5.Severe pests and diseases such as Walnut Limb Moth,Walnut Anthrax and Walnut Black Spot Disease occur.According to the types and climatic characteristics of pests and diseases,combined with the peacetime management of walnut orchards,comprehensive measures such as agriculture,physics,chemistry and biology should be taken to carry out field integrated control,so as to ensure the occurrence of pests and diseases and to protect the degree of damage.Keep at a low level,promote the production of Shangluo walnut to achieve the goal of high quality and yield.
