Study On The Sustainable Development Of Hunan Bamianshan National Nature Reserve

The 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)proposed the overall layout of the "five elements",and pointed out that the construction of ecological civilization is a long-term plan for the well-being of the people and the future of the nation.From the point of the natural environment,we feel the situation is becoming more and more serious,the whole society must improve the concept of ecological civilization,put the construction of ecological civilization in a prominent position,and integrate it into the whole process of economy,politics,culture,society and so on.In order to meet the national development strategy of ecological civilization in the new period,it analyzed the general situation and sustainable development of the national natural protection construction,with the aid of exploring the general research situation of nature reserve at home and abroad,according to the actual situation and development of the national nature reserve of The Bamian mountain of Hunan.The study pointed out a series of problems in the process of reserve construction constraints,that lacking of legislation,insufficient connection between management and community resources,relatively slowing and underfunded in economic levels,contradictions in agriculture and forestry production,lowing ecological awareness in residents,lacking of professional skills,stagnating in scientific research level,differences in planning cost and actual expenditure,wasting of resources and so on.Aiming at these problems,it puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions: establishing and perfecting the protection,management system and multilateral financing,building joint defense building,enhancing the comprehensive ability of the team,implementing zoning management and enhancing the prevention and control of protected areas,strengthening scientific research and monitoring project,strengthen the public education,building sustainable development projects,accelerating infrastructure projects and promoting protection of protected areas,etc.Taking the construction of the national nature reserve of The Bamian mountain of Hunan as an example,the study explores the problems in the process of the nature reserve construction,puts forward the measures that can provide a total reference value for better construction of national nature reserves.What is more,it has significant and far-reaching impacts in promoting the protection of wildlife in hunan,carrying out extensive exchanges and cooperation with the outside world,building a sustainable develo-pment project,and promoting the all-round progress of the society.
