China produces a large amount of crop straw every year.Most of the straw is not fully utilized,resulting in a huge waste of resources.A large part of the straw is burned in the field,which seriously pollutes the environment and also has great potential safety hazards.In recent years,China's herbivorous animal husbandry has developed rapidly,resulting in a shortage of forage,so the production of silage from crop straw has become a major trend.In recent years,China's aging population has increased,the rural labor force population has declined sharply,and the traditional green feed processing needs a lot of human resources.At present,there is hardly any silage equipment that integrates all silage technology in China.With the improvement of silage technology and the development of silage equipment,silage machinery is also developing towards full integration,automation,high efficiency and intelligence.Hydraulic and electrical automation technologies are also applied to agricultural machinery,therefore,it is the general trend to make intelligent automatic silage machine.On the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,this paper studies the market demand and product status,and optimizes the structure of modular backpack silage equipment,aiming at the current crop silage machinery operating separately on harvesting,crushing,bundling,coating and other processes.The functional and technical parameters of modular backpack crop silage equipment were analyzed,and the structure layout of the whole machine was studied.The modular backpack crop silage equipment was divided into cutting table device,storage and bundling device,frame and lifting device,coating device and other modules.In this paper,each module of modular backpack crop silage equipment is analyzed.Efficiency calculation and power optimal allocation are carried out.The corresponding hydraulic and pneumatic devices are designed for each module.Through calculation and analysis,the parameters of hydraulic and pneumatic devices of each module are obtained.The parameters of each module are integrated and optimized to design the hydraulic and pneumatic system of the entire equipment,and equipped with hydraulic and pneumatic auxiliary devices.In view of the current problems of silage machinery automation and low intelligence,the silage machine control system is developed through design and calculation.Firstly,the hardware of the control system is designed.On the basis of the hardware design,the software of the control system is designed.The whole machine adopts PLC to control,uses touch screen as human-machine interface,and uses PC as human-machine development interface.Sensors and limit switches are used for detection,and hydraulic and pneumatic systems are used for execution to improve work efficiency and quality.At the end of this paper,the prototype was tested on the basis of prototype production,and the operation experiment was carried out on the control system.The control system and the actuator were tested for action,and the straw was processed by silage on the prototype to realize the actual production test of the prototype.By processing and analyzing the experimental data,and then compared with the technical indicators.
