Research On Intelligent Oil Harvesting Equipment Control System

Aiming at the problems of high loss rate,low efficiency,low level of automation and intellectualization,poor compatibility of system and non-universal platform of oil harvesting equipment for rape,peanut,sunflower and camellia oil crops in China,this paper studies the common technology of intelligent oil harvesting equipment.The research contents of this paper include:1.To design the lower control system with configuration software,the common software platform of configuration monitoring is used as the on-site upper level.The specific design of configuration software is not in the scope of this paper.2.Based on ARM and RS485 bus network,an intelligent embedded hardware platform suitable for all harvesting equipment is built to realize distributed monitoring of operational parameters of harvesting equipment.3.An intelligent general master controller matching harvesting equipment and some special controllers for specific harvesting equipment are developed.Hardware design includes minimum system,power supply,communication interface circuit(RS232,RS485,Ethernet),sensor interface circuit and so on.Write the software of the embedded system,including the main program,communication system subroutine,data acquisition and processing subroutine,intelligent control subroutine and so on.4.According to the operation characteristics of specific harvesting equipment,the requirement of parameter monitoring and function control are determined.Based on the configuration monitoring technology and the general embedded hardware platform,intelligent oil harvesting equipment control systems are constructed.The completed design includes intelligent crawler rape combine harvester control system,intelligent wheel rape combine harvester control system and intelligent peanut combine harvester control system.5.Aiming at the specific oil harvesting equipment control system,this paper develops and installs various parameter detection devices and control devices,and designs some intelligent control strategy and control algorithm.The test results show that the hardware platform designed in this paper has good versatility and reliability,and the intelligent control system runs stably,which can realize the real-time monitoring and automatic control of the operation parameters of the whole oil harvesting equipment.
