Nowadays,the forest area in our country takes the mechanical equipment as the main part of operation.Due to the complex environment of forest area,the forest equipment needs to adapt to the driving and operation under slope or uneven road conditions,but it is very easy to cause rollover accidents.For the rollover problem caused by the failure to level the forest equipment,a leveling system is designed in this paper,so that it can adapt to complex road environment such as transverse and longitudinal slope,and maintain the level of operating platform within a certain range of angles.It can not only facilitate the operation of the driver,relax the mood and improve the operating efficiency,but also improve the driving comfort and safety.According to the working requirements of forestry equipment,this paper designs a leveling system suitable for the operation of forestry machinery equipment in mountainous areas,and puts forward a scheme of Stewart parallel supporting leveling system.Combining the advantage of the Stewart platform and the hydraulic system,raises the theoretical research on flat organization,and carries on the mechanics and kinematics analysis of Stewart mechanism,slope Angle and leveling the relationship between the oil cylinder expansion amount.In order to ensure that the driver is not affected by the high frequency action of real-time leveling,this paper proposes a piecewise leveling scheme.Combining with the design requirements of forestry equipment,and design the main parts of the leveling device,bridge,whole machine of forestry,and so on,and use SolidWorks2016 software to establish CAD model for the forestry equipment,and carry out assembly and interference test.SolidWorks/Simulation is used for statics analysis to verify the rationality of structure,and analyze the stability of horizontal slope and longitudinal slope leveling.According to the working requirements of the leveling system,set up the principle diagram of the hydraulic leveling,leveling mechanism,analyzed its the operation parameters of the hydraulic system,main components of the hydraulic actuator design and type selection.According to leveling device hydraulic control system principle of work and leveling scheme in the research and design,using the software AMESim13.0 to the leveling device is developed for the calculation of the hydraulic system,verify the leveling effect and rationality. |
