| With the development of facility agriculture in our country,facility planting has gradually become the main way of crop planting in our country.However,due to the long-term cultivation of farmland,the soil is prone to nutrient imbalance,and the lack of scientific and rational fertilization guidance,resulting in fertilizer abuse,environmental pollution,ecological damage,it seriously restricts the development of modern agriculture in our country.In order to solve the above problems,a set of scientific and reasonable fertilization model and fertilization control model for facility strawberry were designed,the ratio of water-soluble fertilizer and the EC value of solution can be controlled accurately in the growing process of strawberry in facility.The main contents of this study are as follows:(1)Study on fertilization model of strawberry in greenhouse.Based on the nutrient balance method in soil testing formula,the target yield,soil nutrient content,nutrient content and fertilizer utilization rate were analyzed to calculate the total amount of water-soluble fertilizer The growth cycle of strawberry was divided in detail,and the total amount of fertilizer was refined according to the characteristics of strawberry in different periods.(2)Study on control model of EC value of strawberry fertilizer solution in greenhouse.Combined with the characteristics of traditional PID control,based on the process model of fertilizer proportioning,fuzzy control was introduced,in Matlab2019a/Simulink,the model of fertilizer proportioning process is set up with the traditional PID controller and the fuzzy PID controller to create the simulation model of the system,the simulation results are compared and analyzed.(3)Analysis and design of integrated water and fertilizer system for strawberry in greenhouse.This paper analyzes the working principle of the integrated water and fertilizer system for strawberry,and designs the software and hardware of the system.The hardware part mainly includes the selection and design of power supply and power distribution,the selection and design of Control Module,information collection module and execution module.The software part includes the design of fertilizer application control software flow and the construction of MCGS man-machine interaction system.In the MCGS upper computer system,the fertilizer application model is combined with the formula function of MCGS touch screen to realize the formula fertilization.(4)Model validation and analysis.The integrated system of water and fertilizer was built and tested to verify the precision of EC value control of fertilizer solution,it was compared with the fertilizer application model of strawberry in greenhouse to verify the rationality and scientificity of the fertilizer application model. |
