In recent years,water and fertilizer integration technology has developed rapidly in China,and water and fertilizer equipment has been widely used in facility agricultural bases.However,there are still some problems,such as low precision of water and fertilizer ratio control and weak adaptability of control method to dynamic change of controlled system.Therefore,this paper designed a fertilizing control system,which controlled the ratio of fertilizer liquid,soil moistening,water and fertilizer and the pipeline cleaning process according to the fertilizing decision data of the mobile client.And focus on the water and fertilizer ratio control in fertilization control,the main work content is as follows:Design the control flow of fertilizing system and construct corresponding control methods.The process of agricultural fertilization and irrigation was investigated,and the operation requirements of fertilizing with fertilizers were analyzed,then,designed the control process of fertilizing with fertilizers.Based on the flow control method,the precise ratio of fertilizer liquid was realized according to the decision data of fertilization.The time control method of soil moistening was constructed to realize the process of soil moistening before fertilization.In the stage of water and fertilizer ratio,the PWM control method was adopted to adjust the ratio of water and fertilizer to the error range,and the irrigation time control method was adopted to make the system apply fertilizer and irrigation to crops according to the ratio of water and fertilizer.Finally,through the cleaning time control method,the pipeline cleaning after irrigation can be realized to ensure the precision of fertilizer mixing and the effect of fertilization.A fuzzy PID control method based on cloud model was designed to control the ratio of water and fertilizer.In this method,according to the deviation of water and fertilizer ratio and the deviation change rate,the former part belongs to the cloud is designed,the latter part belongs to the cloud is designed according to the PID control modification value,and the inference rules are constructed according to the actual control requirements.The fuzzy inference structure is realized by the subordinate cloud and the inference rules together.The fuzzy reasoning structure of cloud model is used to realize the real-time correction of PID control parameters according to the dynamic change of water and fertilizer ratio,which improves the weak adaptability of PID control to the dynamic change of the controlled system.Then by the PID control output control quantity,change the actuator diaphragm pump speed,realize according to the water flow rate to adjust the flow rate of fertilizer liquid,achieve the effect of water fertilizer ratio stable within the error range.In order to realize the application of intelligent decision-making technology in fertilizing control terminal,a fertilizing control system based on mobile client +STM32 was built,which realized various functions of mobile client and control terminal,as well as data transmission between mobile client and control terminal.Finally integrate the whole system running,and carries on the experimental analysis for sewage sludge ratio control method,the experimental results show that PID control method based on cloud model is compared with PWM control,can quickly adjust fat liquid flow rate,shorten the proportion of water regulation of the time,and can according to the water pressure and other reasons lead to the change of the water velocity to dynamically adjust fat liquid flow rate,The system can synchronously irrigate water and fertilizer to crops according to the proportion of water and fertilizer,which verifies the effectiveness of the system.Fertilizer allocation and fertilization control system based on fuzzy PID realizes the control process of fertilizer allocation and fertilization according to fertilization decision data.Through the integrated operation of the whole system,it is verified that the fuzzy PID control method based on cloud model can be effectively applied to the integration of water and fertilizer,and the whole cloud irrigation integrated system has a good application value.
