| The three major environmental factors of agricultural production Water,air and soil are increasingly becoming the bottleneck restricting the sustainable development of China’s agriculture;insufficient water resources,low efficiency of agricultural water use,atmospheric pollution and soil pollution are becoming more and more serious,and our agricultural production environment is getting worse and worse.There is an urgent need to develop new planting methods.Organic agriculture refers to the use of ecological planting without artificial fertilizers,pesticides and growth regulators in production.Organic agriculture is widely respected for its high-quality agricultural products and has developed rapidly;but organic agriculture has deterred more people because of its low yield.The reason is that the fertilizer input in organic cultivation can only choose the type of fertilizer that has been certified by the evaluation of organic inputs.Most of the organic fertilizers are produced by aerobic fermentation of livestock manure.The effect of soil improvement is good,but the nutrient content is low and it is difficult to meet crops.Need for high yield.To this end,this study aims to build a high-yield fertilization model for organic agricultural planting.The selection of base fertilizers uses fully decomposed organic fertilizers as the carbon source,amino acid powder as the nitrogen source,and modified phosphate rock powder,organically combined phosphate fertilizer and organic phosphate fertilizer as the Phosphorus source,using biochemical potassium fulvic acid and grass ash as the potassium source,evaluate the nutrient supply characteristics through planting crops,and form a basic fertilizer application technology with better nutrient supply throughout the process;the development of topdressing uses a combination of natural organic microorganisms and enzyme preparations.Research and develop a new type of organic fertilizer-type water-soluble fertilizer,and build a topdressing technology model for high-yield cultivation of organic crops under the integration of water and fertilizer.The results show:1.Nitrogen fertilizer should choose amino acid powder 80%+protein powder protein powder 20%;fertilization level is N 160 kg/hm2.Phosphate fertilizer should choose 20%calcium phytate+80%modified activated phosphate fertilizer,and the effect is better when the fertilizer level is maintained at 60 kg/hm2.Potassium fertilizer should choose potassium humate,and the fertilizer effect is better when the amount of fertilizer is maintained at 100 kg/hm2.2.The plant-derived protein soybean meal and cottonseed protein combination tool enzymes are alkaline protease,neutral protease and complex protease.The optimal enzymolysis conditions are 55℃,pH 7.5,and the total enzyme addition is 8000 U/g.Under the conditions of hydrolysis for 6 h,the hydrolysis degree of soybean meal enzymolysis solution reached 29.4%,the organic matter content was as high as 94.72%,and the total nutrients N+P2O5+K2O≥4.76%after rotary evaporation.The results of cottonseed proteolysis test showed that:for the selection of complex enzymes,alkaline protease,complex protease and flavor protease,the optimal temperature for digestion was 60℃,pH 8.0,the amount of enzyme added was 6000 U/g,and the ratio of material to liquid was 1:10.Under the conditions of hydrolysis for 6 h,the hydrolysis degree of cottonseed proteolysis reached 34.3%.Rotary evaporation total nutrients N+P2O5+K2O≥4.27%.After filtration and concentration of the two products,it can be applied as top dressing.3.By setting different fertilization methods for the prepared base fertilizer and top dressing,the effects of organically grown special fertilizers on the growth and development of greenhouse zucchini and fruit yield and quality were studied.The results showed that:base application of organic base fertilizer+foliar spray and flush application of organic water-soluble fertilizer The effect of improving the plant height,stem thickness and plant width of zucchini is the most obvious.The number of leaves,leaf area per plant and leaf area index as a whole had higher accumulations at T11 and T12 treatments.The leaf area index of topdressing total nutrient fertilizer reached 1.49~1.68.The dry matter accumulation of the vegetative organs of zucchini plants showed fast first and then slow,and the distribution law of each organ was:leaft>fruit>root>stem.At 65 days after planting,a comprehensive analysis of the proportion of various organs in the whole plant dry weight shows that leaves account for about 60%of the entire plant dry weight,fruits account for about 39%of the entire plant dry weight,and roots and stems account for about 6%and 5%.The output of special fertilizer for organic agriculture reached 95.64 t/hm2.In terms of fruit quality,organic agricultural special fertilizer can increase the sweetness of the fruit while reducing the content of organic acids,increase the sugar-acid ratio of the fruit,and enhance the flavor and taste of the zucchini fruit.4.The physiological mechanism of the effect of the combination of special organic fertilizer and top dressing on the accumulation of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in various organs of the zucchini facility and plant growth and development is as follows:During the period of vegetative growth,the distribution of nitrogen in each organ is:leaf>stem>root,the distribution of phosphorus is:leaf>root>stem,and the distribution of potassium is:stem>leaf>root;in reproductive growth During the period,the distribution of nitrogen in various organs was:leaf>fruit>stem>root,the distribution of phosphorus was:fruit>leaf>root>stem,and the distribution of potassium was:fruit>stem>leaf>root.The accumulation of nitrogen in the root,stem and leaf organs shows a gradual increase and then almost unchanged trend.The accumulation of phosphorus in roots,stems,leaves and fruits gradually increased,and the accumulation of potassium in various organs was the same as that of phosphorus.The absorption law of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in zucchini was:potassium>nitrogen>phosphorus.The accumulation of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in all organs of various organs showed that leaf>fuit>stem>root Appropriate and balanced fertilizer input and fertilization methods can create a good development environment for plant growth,but when the balance is broken,superoxide ions and other active substances accumulate in the cells in large quantities,triggering the peroxidation of the cell plasma membrane,and the integrity of the cell structure been destroyed.CK,T1,T2,T3,T5 and T7 treatment can significantly increase the content of relative conductivity,MDA and other substances in zucchini leaves,at the same time reduce the activity of SOD,POD and CAT,increase the permeability of the cell membrane,and increase the risk of cell content flow out high.5.The combination of special base fertilizer and top dressing for organic cultivation increases the content of soil available nitrogen,available phosphorus and other available nutrients.Soil urease,alkaline phosphatase and other enzyme activities also have a very good effect.In terms of microbial communities,organic fertilizers can enrich the soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen content and increase the abundance of microbial communities such as soil fungi,bacteria and actinomycetes,and have a positive effect on improving the soil environment and improving soil quality. |
