Agricultural recycling of waste and animal manure fertilizer technology has become the important means for energy-saving and emission reduction in contemporary rural and the improvement of ecological environment. In this paper, using field experiment method, and setting up six treatments:conventional fertilization(CK), chemical fertilizer only(CF), organic fertilizer only(OF) and the three kinds of organic and inorganic fertilizer. By comparing the analysis of dynamic change of different treatment on soil readily oxidizable organic carbon(ROC), water-soluble organic carbon(WSOC) and dissolved organic carbon(DOC) under the rape-rice and wheat-maize rotation system to explore the effects of applying organic and inorganic fertilizers on soil organic carbon. By analyzing the correlation of these three kinds liable organic carbon and soil nutrient and crop yield, exploring the interrelation of the liable fractions of soil organic carbon and soil nutrient and crop yield. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Application of organic and inorganic fertilizer can significantly increase the content of soil ROC in0-40cm soil horizon(P<0.05). In the rape-rice rotation, all the three kinds of organic and inorganic fertilizer treatment can increase the soil ROC content, and their surface(0~20cm) increased(19.9%~27.1%) was lower than the increased of20~40cm horizon (20.0%~76.5%), but all these increased were significantly higher than CK and CF. In wheat-maize rotation, the surface amplitude of the three kinds of organic and inorganic fertilizer(32.9%~39.8%) was significantly higher than that in CK (19.6%), and their increased in20-40cm soil horizon was more than the surface, and the CK reached the significant level. The promotion effect of organic and inorganic fertilizers on soil ROC in40-60cm soil horizon was not significant. The effect of organic and inorganic fertilizer on soil ROC in total soil organic carbon (TOC) percentage (ROC/TOC) varies with soil depth varies. In the rape-rice rotation, the effects of all the three kinds of organic and inorganic fertilizer treatment on ROC/TOC in surface had not reached the significant level, and the increased of soil ROC/TOC of low nitrogen and organic inorganic fertilizer(OIF1) treatment in20-40cm soil horizon(5.7%) was significantly higher than that in CK (-9.1%). In wheat-maize rotation, the promotion effect of organic and inorganic fertilizers on ROC/TOC in surface and40-60cm soil horizon was more obvious, and the increased of medium nitrogen and organic inorganic fertilizer(OIF2) treatment was the highest, respectively21.5%and61.3%.Soil ROC with soil nutrient and crop yield have a significantly relationship. In the rape-rice rotation, there was extremely significant positive correlation in ROC and available phosphorus and rice yield. In wheat maize rotation, there was significant or extremely significant positive correlation in ROC and soil total nitrogen and available potassium and available phosphorus and corn yield.(2) Application of organic and inorganic fertilizer is in favor of the accumulation of soil WSOC content in0-60cm soil horizon (P<0.05). In the rape-rice rotation, the accumulation effect of all the three kinds of organic and inorganic fertilizer treatment was more obvious. Compared with CK, the harvest increased of surface(40.0%~72.3%) was higher than that in20-40cm soil horizon(2.7%~38.2%), and the accumulation effect of OIF2and high nitrogen and organic inorganic fertilizer(OIF2) treatment was more significant. In wheat-maize rotation, compared with CK, the increased of OIF3(63.4%) in surface layer and the20-60cm soil horizon increased of OIF2were obviously higher than the other treatments, and the CK reached the significant level. The difference of organic and inorganic fertilizer on soil WSOC in total soil organic carbon (TOC) percentage (WSOC/TOC) is significant. In the rape-rice rotation, the accumulation effects of all the three kinds of organic and inorganic fertilizer treatment on WSOC/TOC in surface had reached the significant level, and compared with CK, they were increased19.1%-42.9%. The effects of organic and inorganic fertilizers on soil WSOC/TOC in20-40cm soil horizon was not significant. In wheat-maize rotation, the effect of OIF2treatment on0~60cm soil horizon was significant, and compared with CK, its increased respectively7.4%(0~20cm),13.9%(20~40cm) and33.3%(40~60cm).Soil WSOC with soil nutrient and crop yield have a significantly relationship. In the rape-rice rotation, there was significant or extremely significant positive correlation in WSOC and soil available potassium and soil total nitrogen and yield of rice and soil available phosphorus. In wheat maize rotation, there was significant or extremely significant positive correlation in WSOC and soil total nitrogen and available potassium and available phosphorus and corn yield.(3) Application of organic and inorganic fertilizer is in favor of the accumulation of soil DOC content in0-60cm soil horizon (P<0.05). In the rape-rice rotation, the accumulation effect of OIF2treatment was more significant. Compared with CK, its harvest increased in surface and20-40cm soil horizon (41.1%and84.2%) was significantly higher than that of the rest fertilizations treatments. In wheat-maize rotation, the accumulation effect of all the three kinds of organic and inorganic fertilizer treatment was more significant, and compared with CK, their increased in surface layer respectively8.9%~38.5%, and with the increase of soil depth increase gradually. The difference of organic and inorganic fertilizer on soil DOC in total soil organic carbon (TOC) percentage (DOC/TOC) is significant. In the rape-rice rotation, the effect of OIF2treatment on DOC/TOC in surface was significant, and compared with CK, its increased in harvest was achieved13.6%. The effects of organic and inorganic fertilizers on soil WSOC/TOC in20-40cm soil horizon was not significant. In wheat-maize rotation, the effects of OIF2and OIF3treatment on0-60cm soil horizon were significant, and compared with CK, there increased of DOC/TOC in harvest were significantly higher than CK treatment.Soil DOC with soil nutrient and crop yield have a significantly relationship. In the rape-rice rotation, there was significant positive correlation in DOC and soil total nitrogen and available phosphorus and available potassium and the yield of rice. In wheat maize rotation, there was significant or extremely significant positive correlation in DOC and soil available phosphorus and available potassium and the yield of wheat and corn.
