| This study is based on the "Twelve-Five" national Science and Technology support plan,technology integration and demonstration for safety production of livestock and poultry products,sub-topic Research and application of safe drug use technology for laying hens.China has become the world’s largest producer and consumer of eggs,the egg production has been on the rise in the past ten years,but the quality and safety of eggs has become the main contradiction in the current egg production,while the standard for laying hens drug use is one of the important factors affecting the quality of eggs.There is no standard drug use in laying hens breeding enterprises,and many diseases related to laying hens are more difficult to defend and treat,which will greatly affect the economic benefits of enterprises.So in order to improve the quality of egg,the enterprise managers began to think about how to strengthen the safety management of egg use,thus ultimately improve enterprise performance.On the basis of fully combining the actual situation of project Enterprise L,this study establishes the model of the influence of the safety management for laying hens drug on enterprise performance,and introduces egg quality as the intermediary variable.Among them,safety management is mainly based on the actual situation of enterprises,consult the relevant literature and divide it into safety evaluation system,monitoring and management system based on project cooperation.In order to evaluate the safety of drug use in the process of egg breeding,and to better identify the hidden danger of drug use to effectively control the process of egg use,the safety evaluation system of laying hens is mainly based on expert evaluation method,5 primary indexes,23 two level indexes are constructed on the basis of two rounds of expert consultation.It will help to improve the level of safe drug use in egg breeding enterprises and reduce the economic losses caused by the risk of drug use.The monitoring and management system mainly constructs the function modules of laying hens management,disease treatment,daily health care,quality inspection record,data analysis and processing,user management,etc.,which is helpful to realize the early warning of unsafe drug use.It can meet the user’s demand for information inquiry and traceability,and can play the role of pre-control in the process of laying hens breeding,which is helpful to improve the management level of laying hens breeding enterprises.After constructing the relevant model,the way to collect the data in this study is mainly through the online staff WeChat Group and field research to issue questionnaires,to the project partner Enterprise staff as the survey object,for the recovery of 163 data,in the construction of the model on the basis of reasonable assumptions,mainly using SPSS software for reliability analysis,The analysis of the safety management of using drugs for laying hens;,the correlation between egg quality and the performance of laying hens breeding enterprises,the intermediary effect analysis of egg quality and the regression analysis of main effect and intermediary effect,explore the relationship between safety management,egg quality and the performance of three important variables of laying hens breeding enterprises,and draw the following conclusions:(1)The Safety management of laying hens medicine has a significant positive effect on the quality of egg,and(2)The quality of egg has a significant positive effect on the performance of egg breeding enterprises,and(3)The quality of egg has an intermediary effect between the safety evaluation system and enterprise performance of egg drug.The quality of egg has a partial intermediary effect between the monitoring and management system of egg medicine and the performance of enterprises.According to the research conclusion,this paper puts forward four suggestions based on the actual situation of enterprises:(1)using safety evaluation system to carry out all-round evaluation,(2)using monitoring and management system,carrying out systematic management,(3)Focusing on improving the quality of eggs and building a corporate egg brand,(4)Cultivating fanning practitioners and standardizing employee medication operations.Finally,the author mainly explained the limitations and improvement of this study. |
