| China’s state-owned,forest areas are distributed in most of China’s northeast,Inner Mongolia,southwest,and northwestern regions.They are responsible for the protecting,harvesting,and ecological construction of national forest resources,and have made tremendous contributions to China’s economic development.As an important new type of forestry economy,the under-forest economy has emerged after the gradual transformation of the state-owned forest region,which can effectively solve the employment and income problems of laid-off workers in the forest area.At the same time,it can reduce the damage to the ecological environment of the forest and achieve a win-win situation between economy and ecology.Therefore,the development of the economic industry under-forest is of great significance to promote the social and economic progress of the Aershan state-owned forest area.This article was based on reading relevant literature at home and abroad.With the survey of the Bailang and the Wuchagou Forestry companies of the Aershan City,and taking the questionnaires and discussions with the local forest management and forest enterprises for getting data,it studied the economic and industrial structure of the local forest,the current situation of the economic operation of the forest,and the development of the under-forest economic industries.By using the descriptive statistic analysis and the multiple regression model on the analysis of the survey data,the paper found that the current development of the under-forest economic industries has begun to take a few been becoming an important part of the income structure of forest residents income at forest region increased employment,and also better protect natural forest land resources.However,there are also problems such as low technical level,low quality of operators,and weak enterprise driving ability and so on.This paper used the theory of external development of forestry development and the theory of circular economy to analyze the factors affecting the total economic income of forest under the forest in the Aershan state-owned forest area.From the main level of forest bacteria management,the forestry enterprise level and the government level,it is proposed to actively participate in technical training,introduce professional talents,and increase financial support to promote the development of economic industries under the Arshan state-owned forest area. |
