Research On The Economic Development Of Forest In Yueyang County,Hunan Province Under The New Era

The under-forestry economy is an emerging forestry industry developed from the agroforestiy system.The development of the forest economy has become an important guarantee for the sustainable development of China's ecological civilization and forestry.Although Yueyang County of Hunan Province has only 38.98%of forest area,its good natural conditions and geographical location have laid a foundation for the development of the forest economy.This paper analyzes the status quo and constraints of economic development under the forest in Yueyang County by using the theories of agricultural economics,ecology and sustainable development,and analyzes the typical cases of the two models of forest birds and forest medicines,and draws on the experience of other regions in China.The countermeasures for further development of the forest economy in Yueyang County are proposed.The full text is divided into seven parts:The first part is the introduction,including the background and research significance of the topic,the research summary at home and abroad,the research content,possible innovations,etc.The second part is the concept and theoretical basis of the under-forestry economy.The two concepts of The Under-forestry Economic and Forestry Professional Cooperatives are summarized,and the ecological theory,sustainable development theory and industrial economics theory are expounded.The third part expounds the development of natural geography,economy and forestry in Yueyang County.The development status of forest economy in Yueyang County was analyzed.The four main modes of economic development under the forest in Yueyang County were summarized as follows:forest medicine model,forest bird model,forest mushroom model and forest swimming model,and forest economy of Yueyang County.The five industrial organization forms of development are:"farmers"organization form,"company"organization form,"cooperative"organization form,"cooperative + base + farmer"organization form,"company + professional cooperative + base + farmer"organization form;The fourth part analyzes the constraints of economic development under the forest in Yueyang County from the aspects of planning system,management level,technology and talents,scale,capital,safeguard measures and market risk.The fifth part selects the typical economic development of Yueyamg County.The forestry and forestry model cooperatives conducted case studies and summarized the constraints of their development;the sixth part selected Linxia chickens from Xiangfeng Town Baixiang Poultry Professional Cooperative in Chongming County,Shanghai,and Nanjing Development County in Fujian Province.The medicine and forest tour model summarizes the successful experiences for reference.The seventh part puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the economic development of the under-forestry economy foundation of the above research.
