Hydraulic overturn gate has been widely used in small and medium-sized water conservancy projects with simple structure.According to the different water requirements of the seasons and crops in the agricultural field,this topic designs a set of hydraulic flip gate with controllable angle.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:This paper introduces the types and working principle of hydraulic turnover gate and designs the gate blades that meet the requirements of the project.Using Solid Works and ANSYS co-simulation to determine the position of thrust hinge on the gate blade,and the whole gate simulation analysis shows that the equivalent stress and maximum deformation of the gate blade meet the design requirements.A foldable linkage mechanism is designed and the corresponding 3D model is established.ADAMS software is used to simulate the dynamics of the hydraulic turnover gate,which proves that the connecting rod mechanism meets the opening and closing requirements of the hydraulic turnover gate.The hydraulic system is designed by choosing the appropriate hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic circuit.The pressure change of hydraulic cylinder with or without leakage is simulated by AMESim software.The simulation results show that the pressure of the hydraulic cylinder is stable and meets the expectation without leakage.However,when the system leaks,the force of the hydraulic cylinder and the displacement of the hydraulic rod both change greatly,so closed-loop control is adopted in the control system.The mathematical model of hydraulic control system is established and the system transfer function is calculated.In MATLAB,fuzzy PID and traditional PID are used for comparison and simulation analysis of hydraulic system.The results show that fuzzy PID has faster reaction time and better stability than traditional PID.Based on the masterslave control structure,the MATLAB-amesim co-simulation model is established,and three constant signals with different values are applied respectively to study the response of two hydraulic cylinders under different constant values and the relative displacement between two hydraulic cylinders.The simulation results show that the position accuracy of two hydraulic cylinders is high and the synchronization accuracy meets the requirements. |
