| It is of great significance to breed and select special potato cultivars with high-quality,for potato processing industry,people's dietary nutrition and adjustment of supply-side planting structure.Germplasm resources are the material basis of cultivar breeding,fully understand the quality characteristics of germplasm resources and explore the utilization value of germplasm resources,is of great significance for accelerating breeding and the breeding of excellent cultivars.In this trial,53 potato cultivar resources were planted in two regions.,Through the investigation of flowering characteristics and natural fecundity,the measurement of tuber quality traits in two regions,I draw conclusions as the following:1.The performance of tubers' quality is influenced by both heredity and environment.Nehe was better suited to growing potatoes than Harbin.2.According to processing quality,53 potato germplasm resources can be divided into 6 categories at the chi-square distance of 0.14.There are 14 cultivars with good processing quality.Dingshu 3,Dongnong 310 and Yanshu 3 have the best processing quality,they are excellent cultivars with high dry matter content,high starch content and low reducing sugar content.3.According to the nutritional quality,53 potato germplasm resources can be divided into 4 categories at the chi-square distance of 0.26.There are 12 cultivars with better comprehensive nutritional quality.Shlirr-6,Dongnong 310 and Yanshu 3 have the best comprehensive nutritional quality,they are excellent cultivars for edible potato production and nutritional quality breeding.4.There are 35 cultivars with higher quality-breeding value,which can be divided into 6 categories according to the mature periods and applications.5.The content of dry matter,starch and potassium in tubers,which can reflect the comprehensive quality of cultivars to some extent. |
