Rose grape,Tianjin Hangu geographical indication products.It has special aroma,slightly sour and sweet taste,and the meat is firm and easy to transport and store.In this study,the content of functional components in different growing parts and leaves of rosegrape,as well as its growth parts and leaves in different cultivation modes and environments were determined and compared,so as to provide theoretical basis for the production and resource utilization of rose-scented grape.The samples were collected from chadian town,yangjiapo town,hangu town and bieshan town,jizhou,and the quality,amino acids,procyanidins,total polyphenols,total flavonoids and nutrient elements(K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn)of the samples were determined.The main results are as follows:The fruit quality was better than that of greenhouse under open field cultivation.Plain cultivation is superior to mountain cultivation.The difference of soluble solid,soluble total sugar,vitamin C,saccharic acid ratio was higher than that of greenhouse.Plain is higher than mountain;The difference of titrable acid content was higher in greenhouse than in open field.The mountain is above the plain.The content of amino acid in fruit was higher in greenhouse cultivation than in open field cultivation,and higher in plain cultivation than in mountain cultivation.The dynamic difference of total amino acids in leaves in different growth periods was as follows:July >August > September.The total polyphenol content in the whole fruit was better than that in the greenhouse cultivation in the open field,and better than that in the mountain cultivation in the plain cultivation:seeds > peel > pulp.The content of total flavonoids in whole fruit was better in open field than in greenhouse,and the content of peel and seed was higher in mountain than in plain.The content of total flavonoids in different growing parts of fruits was different as follows:seeds > peel > pulp.The total amount of trace elements and a large number of elements in the whole fruit were higher than those in the greenhouse cultivation.Compared with plain cultivation,the total amount of trace elements in the whole grape fruit under mountain cultivation was higher,while the total amount of massive elements was lower. |
