Rose Sterilis S.D.Shi.is a shallow rooted fruit tree of Rosa genus of Rosaceae peculiar to Guizhou,and the developed root system has a large potential in the ecology such as water soil retention and desertification prevention.People pay more and more attention to its medicinal value and health care value.The fruit of a variety of pear contains a variety of nutrients,including proteins,carbohydrates,vitamins and various active substances,among which the compounds of flavonoids are particularly prominent.Flavone is a potent antioxidant that can inhibit damaged cells and bodies by grabbing oxygen-free radicals in the body to prevent cancer to a certain extent.In order to ensure the full utilization of flavonoids in Rose Sterilis S.D.Shi.,the total flavonoids of Rose Sterilis S.D.Shi.were extracted by ultrasonic method.The factors affecting the extraction rate of total flavonoids in different regions(extraction time,ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio and extraction power)were studied through single factor experiment,and the deep-seated kinetic analysis was carried out.The results showed that in the single factor experiment,the content of total flavonoids of Rose Sterilis S.D.Shi.in Longgong Town,Anshun City was the highest,which was 55.6%.The extraction process of total flavonoids of Rose Sterilis S.D.Shi.in different planting areas accorded with Fick’s first law.On the basis of single factor experiment,response surface methodology and artificial intelligence technology were used to model and optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids.Among these artificial intelligence models,artificial neural network combined with genetic algorithm is the best model to predict the efficiency of ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids from Rose Sterilis S.D.Shi.In this study,the physical and chemical indexes of soil quality in different Rose Sterilis S.D.Shi.plantation were determined.The results showed that the content of flavonoids from Rose Sterilis S.D.Shi.seedless had a very dominant positive correlation with field water capacity,and a dominant negative correlation with soil capacity and total potassium.The field water capacity is related to p H,water content and soil capacity.Therefore,soil bulk density,field water capacity and total potassium are the limiting factors for the yield of total flavonoids in Guizhou Karst Rose Sterilis S.D.Shi.
