The western Songnen Plain of Heilongjiang Province is an important agro-pastoral ecotone for the development of modern dairy industry in China.In order to meet the needs of adjustment of planting structure and rapid development of animal husbandry in this area,66 oat germplasm resources were introduced from other provinces and overseas.By principal component analysis,grey correlation analysis,correlation analysis,and cluster analysis to compare,analyze and synthetically evaluate the production performance and nutritional value of different oat gemplasm resources,the theoretical basis was laid for the breeding of novel oat varieties and the selection of efficient planting patterns in this area.The results are as follows:1.From seedling to heading stage is 4651 d,Heacharrelyngby,Yin3399,1-6-553,1-6-572,Dalingzao and Lijiachang could be used as alternative forage varieties for early-maturing oat.The growth stages of T15,T17 and 74-N-28 are 7075 d,T15,T17 and 74-N-28 could be used as alternative edible-type varieties for early-maturing oat;2.The fresh grass yield ranged from 16.67 t·hm-2 to 109.00 t·hm-2,and the hay yield ranged from 3.23 t·hm-2 to 18.39 t·hm-2.The hulled oat variety T07(fresh grass yield is 109.00 t·hm-2,hay yield is 16.67 t·hm-2)and Bayou 12 of naked oat(fresh grass yield is 91.11 t·hm-2,hay yield is 18.39 t·hm-2)can be used as alternative varieties for high yield oat grass;3.Heacharrelyngby has the highest forage nutritional value,followed by T19,74-N-18,74-N-19 and Du 3,which can be used as alternative varieties of high-quality forage of oat;4.The grain yield of hulled oat varieties ranged from 2969.89 kg·hm-2 to 5839.67 kg·hm-2,the grain yield of naked oat ranged from 2040.17 kg·hm-2 to 4100.33 kg·hm-2.Nobgen navre had the highest grain yield among hulled oat(5839.67 kg·hm-2),followed by T07,T11 and T02;Yy11-18 had the highest grain yield among naked oat(4100.33 kg·hm-2),followed by 74-N-28,2013 and Baiyan 2;the above varieties could be used as alternative varieties for high grain yield of oats;5.The comprehensive evaluation score of principal component analysis of nutritional value of grain of V.S.2832 and Ahzzewangc.i3821 of hulled oat varieties was the highest,whice the nutritional value of grain are the highest,followed by Yin 3399,Nobgen navre and 1-6-572,the above germplasm resources could be used as alternative varieties for high quality and edible-type oats;6.From the comprehensive evaluation of grey relational degree analysis,the results indicated that,Heacharrelyngby,T19,T07,Yin 3399 and T20 of hulled oat,1-6-572,74-N-29,Baiyan 2,74-N-18,0108-188 of naked oat,their weighted correlation degree is ahead of others.The above oats could be used as alternative varieties of foodstuff and forage double-purpose oats in western region of Heilongjiang;7.The results of correlation analysis showed that,there was a negative correlation between forage yield and forage quality of oat.Furthermore,oat grain yield and quality was mutual influenced.The content of soluble sugar in grains was significantly negative correlated with the content of β-glucan,starch and crude lipid in grains.The grain yield of oat was most significantly positive correlated with stem diameter,panicle length and flag leaf area.Those traits can be improved to increase oat grain yield by cultivation measures.
